Buying a property can be extremely stressful, and Bob has guided me through two of them. He and his team provide the utmost in professionalism and expertise; super honest and approachable.

Pearson & Company carried me through the processes of purchasing my first home with my husband with ease and comfort. We purchased our Condo in Vancouver and the process of working with Mr. Pearson in Langford was incredibly simple and well laid out. His pricing is extremely competitive especially in comparison to other law firms here in Vancouver. His office is well located on Goldstream Avenue, very easy to find, and the atmosphere is warm an inviting (again, unlike other law firms where you feel rushed out the door so they can push the next client through). His secretaries were always there to answer any questions we had by either phone or email, and he walked us through the paperwork, explaining each item if we didn't completely understand the terminology.
The purchase of our home with Pearson & Company was a very enjoyable experience and, come the sale of our property and purchase of a new one, we will be going through them again!
Don't be fooled by this man. Bob seemed like a very nice, approachable man. He helped me immediately, after some initial confusion, and his fee was more than reasonable. He seems to be very knowledgeable and provided me with some critical information regarding my Representation Agreement and dealings with my ex partner. Certainly a person that I will return to, should I need the services of a notary or lawyer.
2 years later: I was fooled by this guy. I called him about my will, and he said it was imperative we meet asap, so I made an appointment and I went to see him about my will, but he had the appointment date wrong, wasn't prepared for the meeting, and hadn't read my emails. He advised me to set up another appointment and he would read my correspondence and then send me some information.
It never arrived. I called the office and was treated with such indifference by the receptionist, that I asked to speak to Bob. It was 9 am, and she said he doesn't get in until after ten. And she said he works very long days and he's very busy. I asked what his hours were, exactly and she said about 10 or 11am to 4pm!! Wow! How does he keep up the pace?? I asked her to get him to call me, as he had said it was urgent to change my will. I was told it would be "next week". I waited and and he never called, so I called him the next week, next week, and next week. All told, I left 4 messages on the answering machine, the last 2 were to ask for my file to be sent back to me, since this was the worst customer service I've ever seen. Not one single reply, and I still haven't got my file a year later.
Anybody can buy a big table, a suit jacket with leather elbow patches, and get a 2 year diploma in law. That doesn't make you a lawyer, Mr. Pearson. You're a fake, and the only reason you treated me well last year is because you screwed up hugely, initially, and you felt guilty so you reduced my fee. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING IMPORTANT TO THIS MAN

We got the opportunity to purchase our home from our landlord, but she wanted a quick close.. Financing was arranged but with all sorts of conditions that came through 24 hours before we were meant to close. Bob and all his staff worked hard for me to make it happen and even stayed back after hours the night before close when all the conditions were met and came through at 6pm, they worked until 9 pm that night to make sure I could come in, in the morning and sign everything. A few more hiccups at 3.30pm and close and possession to take place at 5pm same day... 422 pm I get an email that everything went through. Even under the gun, they kept me calm and got the job done... Pam, Amy, and Robert if I could give more stars I would, you were brilliant, and came through when everyone else would have went home and this deal wouldn't have happened. Thank you for being so calm and making everything easy , and putting my mind at ease. I will recommend you to everyone ! Thanks Craig
