A couple of transactions in now with Steve Gustafson. So far, amazing service- even on the most complicated transactions. Thank you for having amazing communication. I appreciate it.

For the twenty five years I have worked in Spokane as a mortgage lender & Realtor, Steve and his office have been my # ONE go to closer as well as a wealth of invaluable & knowledgeable guidance & support. You will not find a better closing office in Spokane County.

I have used Gustafson Law for both personal real estate needs as well as real estate closings for my clients for the past 12 years. They have always been very responsive, knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend this company to not only clients, but also to friends and family, as I know that they will be treated with respect and professionalism.
Went above and beyond. Signed us after hours and came in early the next day to make sure our lender would fund on time. Highly recommend.

Alissa Raczykowski is hands down the very BEST closing agent in the Inland Northwest!!! I just had my closing last Friday and it went perfectly - easy and seamless in every way. Efficient, skilled, professional, knowledgeable, proficient, accurate, helpful and gracious are just a few words to describe her service. I will definitely insist on her as the closer for all of my future transactions. Thanks Alissa - you are awesome!!

Been using Gustafson for years. As a real estate broker, it's important to work with people you trust and know that they will get the job done. Thank you for everything you do for me and my business!

UPDATE 4/22/19: I've emailed Rochelle twice and left a voicemail on the office line last week regarding the content of this review but have yet to speak with Natalie or receive a call back. Since then, I've received another incorrect closing check. smh
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I work in real estate and regularly receive transaction closing checks (for the sale/purchase of a home) from Gustafson Law that are incorrect and/or lacking vital information for proper processing. When I request the missing information (such as buyer/seller names, which is public record), I'm told that they can't provide the details of the sale to protect client privacy - even information that is part of the public record.
I've worked in real estate more than ten years and have never before been refused the names of a buyer/seller in a real estate transaction in which my client has a vested interest. Without this info, the new owner may be subject to penalties for non payment of financial obligations that run with the land. I've tried to explain and press Ashley at Gustafson Law for the info I need to ensure the new owner receives appropriate correspondence regarding their obligations but I'm stonewalled every time.
Do yourself a favor by hiring a reputable, national title company to transact the sale or purchase of your home. Buying a home is one of the most significant purchases we make in a lifetime, be sure you're getting good advice and service!

Didn't choose them for my closing, had I, I would've read the reviews first and gone else where. Let's just say listen to your lender when it comes to what is owed, don't listen to them as all your happiness of getting keys the day of funding goes out the window.

I closed on my house with this company, and then found out that the seller didn't disclose that there were termites. I thought it would be best to work with Gustafson Law since I had already gone through them. I called 4 times within a 2 week period and left messages each time. Each time, I was told that I would receive a call back, and still have not heard anything back from them. My last call to them was about a month ago...

Not a good experience at all. We did everything they asked in a very timely manner and their poor planning lead to expedited documents to us for remote signing which we were charged $80.00 for plus notary, and no mention of being charged up front. They said we are sending out documents and can you sign and send back in a prepaid envelope. Little did we know we were paying for all of that, partly because of a delay on the buyer not us the seller. We will not use them again.

Tried to start doing business here recently, staff was surprisingly rude and not helpful, the attorney never returned my calls. I would recommend finding some where else.

Tried to hire him to review a lease and he failed to meet every deadline he posed to me. Also, very delayed response (if any) to emails. Find somewhere else!
