Moss Immigration was extremely helpful in my wife's case. I've met Alycia along with my wife several times and felt that we were treated respectfully and that includes with our financial well being in mind. Prior to agreeing to work together, Alycia informed us about our financial options and made sure to allow us decide how to proceed. There were never any surprise bills, we always knew exactly what our cost would be and we happily consented to it.That being said, we are not wealthy, the price was extremely fair. There were no smoke and mirrors, the entire process was very straight forward and successful. Thanks to Alycia and her team, my wife is now a US citizen and we owe that to Alycia's very special care of our case. Thank you!

Alycia Moss and her staff have provided a peace in my life that I feared wasn't going to happen. My immigration case was complex and from the very first phone call, I knew this was going to be different than all of the other attorneys that I had interviewed. You might question why you'd interview attorneys rather that just hiring one that will take your case? Sure, most immigration attorneys will take your case, but you're risking being treated like a number without special attention to your unique case. This is your life, your money and your freedom and Alycia Moss always made it clear that this was as much of a priority to her as it was to me. There was no sales pressure, no bad talking other attorneys, no song and dance - just empathy. Never once did I call or email and didn't get a nearly immediate and thoughtful response. Alycia accommodated our meetings to my work schedule, answered ever question, even when I've asked it a few times akready. Alycia is kind, warm, intelligent, understanding, attentive, diligent, vigilant for all of the what ifs and makes this a collaborative process in which you ultimately decide what to do. Alycia lays out all of the well researched options so that you always know you're safe. Alycia did not once leave my side and all of the hard work she did on my behalf, I was shielded from. Alycia makes the immigration process as stress free for you as possible. Alycia knows the laws, she knows process and she knows people. With just one phone call, my mind was at ease and it will remain that way because Alycia helped me become a citzen nearly a year ago. I'm happy I had her in my corner and I'll continue to support her important business. My family and I are forever grateful.

My friend went for a consultation and came back feeling discouraged with the information that was provided and the manner in which they were treated. First, some of the things that she said contradicted what we read on USCIS. Second, even though they had booked an hour appointment, she went on for another half hour and then charged an extra $100 and didn’t even come to a solution or plan of action. The polite and professional thing to do would be to stop at the hour and ask, “Do you want to continue? It’ll be an extra $100 per 30 minutes.” Especially when a lawyer is providing legal advice for immigration services, you must be sensitive to one's budget and financial position. - I apologize this review was supposed to be for the Coeur d’Alene location.
