I have only good things to say about Dellino Law Group. Before working with them I was at a loss. Dellino turned this around for me and I cant thank them enough. I would highly recommend Dellino Law Group to anyone. If you think your case is to complicated or hard and you cant find anyone that can make a difference call them. They take pride in their work.
I have worked with other lawyers prior to this case and I can say that the level of service I have received from Dellino Law Group has far exceeded that of my previous experiences.
I would not hesitate to recommend this firm to a close friend.
I contracted the office & in turn was scheduled within 48 hours. Upon my arrival to the office I was welcomed, asked if I would like coffee or water & told to Please make myself comfortable.
Being a bit stressed as I entered, I was quickly relaxed.
I met with Michelle & she was already well informed of my situation due to the amazing attention to detail of her staff while scheduling our appointment.
Once Michelle & I had our conference regarding my concerns it was immediately a top concern.
I have recommended Dellino to every one that mentions needing legal advice
By the third contempt hearing in less than a year, I was mentally exhausted from the gas-lighting and professionally harmed by his repeated smears and character assassinations in court hearings that his attorney wrote into court orders, and sent to my school. I was let down by the law. My children were scared, running away from him, and slipping behind in school. I was ready to give up asking the court for relief because I wasn’t getting any, and just focus on helping my children cope and strengthen their resiliency and self-advocacy skills.
Michelle and I first met over the phone. I explained the issues, and she said it might be risky to file an appeal, but the alternative to filing was that my ex could show cause to take custody of the children if I did nothing. This was the 9th day out of the 10 days you have to appeal an order. I told her I was almost ready to give up, unless she could give me a reason not to. She asked me how many children I have. (I have three). She told me they were the three most important reasons why I had to decide not to give up. She advised I let her file a motion on Monday, and take the next day to think about it- no pressure. It was Friday, and I told her the last day to appeal the order was the next business day, Monday, but she looked up my case and already knew that before we spoke. Her preparation prior to our phone call impressed me. I was organized and able to send her all my documents by Sunday night. She worked on my case early Monday morning and filed my Motion for Revision by the deadline that same afternoon. It felt amazing to have her representation. I finally felt safe and protected from my ex's abusive use of litigation for the first time in three years.
She confidently took my case and successfully proved that I had not denied my ex visitation, but in fact, my ex was dishonest and not a credible reporter. He did not show up to pick up kids on most days, left them alone at school-after school, cancelled more visits than he actually used over the previous year, and harassed our children's teachers in the process of setting me up to appear as though he was being denied visitation. Michelle organized the evidence, and presented a very strong appeal to the judge.
I consistently followed all orders, and finally got the relief I deserved after Michelle Dellino and Dylana Jones successfully got my Order on Revision granted. I highly recommend her for any family law matter, but especially Domestic Violence cases. ALL DV divorces are very complicated and unsafe. DV is different from "high conflict" cases. DV includes coercive control, exerting power over the other, physical, emotional, and financial abuse, harm to children and their protective parent... ongoing...even after DV treatment is completed. It is not appropriate for self-representation. Like many others, I represented myself because my ex controlled our finances. I had no access to my own income for an attorney. I believe if I hired Michelle a long time ago, she would have secured orders that could prevent the ongoing problems my children and I still have. Michelle's legal foresight/precognition is 20/20. I would hire her again.
What I appreciate most, however, is that this has been a collaboration. Dellino Law has been my guide explaining the process, detailing the options, and working with me to determine what is appropriate for my situation. And I have been heard. My input is valued. For this I am very grateful.
This is a five star review that is truly deserved - Michelle, Mariesa and Tenia changed my life.
I hired Michelle as my divorce lawyer after having worked with her on another case regarding a property line dispute. I choose her because she is a brilliant strategist who is absolutely engaged to help you achieve your desired outcomes and helps you manage the cost of your divorce effectively with a combination of a team of seasoned law associates (like Mariesa, who is an incredible Rock Star!!, giving me 24-hour coverage whilst commuting between the US and Europe). Michelle and her dream team took my case and 12 months later my divorce was final. Best of all was coming out of this divorce feeling like my lawyer had delivered what she had promised.
I cannot recommend Michelle (Dellino Law Group) enough and she and her dream team should be deemed 'the go to' divorce lawyers in Seattle for all women seeking counsel.
Thanks Michelle, Mariesa & Tenia!

Not only did they clean up all the previous situations caused by other attorney's, they facilitated and put an end to all of the conflict. Their results were astounding. That is coming from a very tough customer to please.
They have always been exceptionally warm, welcoming, understanding, and a pleasure to work with. Their results are remarkable.
I will continue to work with them and regularly reccommend them to family and friends.
