I contacted Lance on behalf of my son after the outlook for my son was grim. My son had been to court just four months prior and was charged with a similar offense as well as violating the court orders from his previous court appearance. He had to appear before the same judge who was not happy to see that my son had ignored the stipulations set by the court. Lance Fryrear defended me twice. First time for the fishing violation when the size of the trout I caught was not 20 but 18.5 inches. And it was a criminal case(!). He changed it to regular ticket. Second time was much more complicated. It was accusation in domestic violence and child witnessing DV. Both are never happened but how to prove it? My IT career and probably the whole life were ready to be destroyed. But fortunately for me I had Lance as my defender. He changed it to some probation period and relationship school attendance and now I don’t have any criminal records.
He has flat fee that is not changed based on the amount of time and efforts he or his nice and knowledgeable staff spend on the case. For me they were many times in the court room, explained all steps for me, did what is necessary.
Lance is very professional lawyer. Besides, he is very good strategist, tactician and psychologist who knows the local Seattle area specifics. And he is just a good human being which is always very important.
I will always recommend Lance to my friends if something unpleasant ever happen with them. Hopefully, never.

Amazing Attorney. Not only did Lance decide to take on my case, but he worked with me to make sure it didn’t break my bank. I was charged with Assault, even with no evidence against me, and I was the one who got jumped by multiple employees at the establishment. He worked constantly to make sure all avenues were investigated. After a couple months we were able to strike a deal with the prosecutors, and Lance got the charges dropped, with me owing no court fees. I’m so grateful that he was able to do this for me, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else! Great guy, great team, great results!

I so grateful that my roommate knew Lance! I’m a professional CDL Class A driver. I drive the mail from Seattle to post offices in Everett and north to Canada at night for the next day’s mail. The state requires yearly medical DOT checkups but when you give them the information it doesn’t get entered into their database for over a week. I was randomly stopped at a weigh station in Whatcom County and given a ticket because while I had proof of passing the exam on me, the information had not been put in the system yet. The WA State Highway patrol officer told me don’t worry it’s just a small fine but when I got to court they said it was a criminal offence and I needed a lawyer. Another driver had gotten stopped for the same reason but had only received a “show proof ticket” (he’s white I’m brown). My case was DV IV, it started from last year Sept 27, 2016 which was my first date of court hearing. I met with Lance two weeks before that, I changed the DV lawyer from another local lawyer to lance after reviewing his feedback from online.
