Just called and got the rudest receptionist on the planet. Hung up on me mid call out of nowhere. Now that’s a Seattle passive aggressive experience. Stay far far away from people that would hire that person to represent their firm.

I never write reviews for anyone, but Jason is by far the best attorney I have ever hired. I've hired him multiple times in the past 10 years and would not go with anyone else. He helped me with my multiple charges that could have ruined my life and each time he's been able to keep me out of jail. If your reading the reviews online, its likely that you are concerned over an infraction that you have recently received and debating about fighting it or paying it. As a former Peace Officer, I have not had a ticket in over a decade until relocating to the Pacific Northwest where it seems to be a revenue opportunity to issue citations. Jason Newcombe has handled several citations for my wife and I with spectacular results! All of our cases have been dismissed and my record has not had to suffer thanks to this office. You may not be aware of the procedural process that is required of local agencies and although most officers are doing their best every day to ensure our safety, there are some that are in need of further training opportunities. Jason's office has years of legal experience and it is certainly worthwhile to allow them to take a second look at your circumstances. It is your right to question the validity of your charge, give these guys a shot at it instead of just accepting a situation that may not be in your favor.

I am so grateful to Mr. Newcombe and his team for everything that they did for me. I was facing multiple charges in two King County courts. But, all of the allegations were totally false and bogus. My wife was just trying to get the upper hand in our divorce proceedings.

But, Mr. Newcombe believed in me, and I could just tell that he knew I was innocent. And, man, he just kept fighting and fighting to get the truth out. This guy is a fighter and one smart lawyer. Less than a day after returning home from a three month business trip overseas, I received a ticket for allegedly speeding and a citation for not being able to produce proof of insurance. After receiving a DUI I called around and felt the most comfortable dealing with Jason S. Newcombe's Law Office. They treated me with respect in an embarrassing time. Not only did they get me reasonable charges (for what I had dealt them was not an easy case) but I had the wonderful experience  working with an associate named Kathryn Comboy. She was knowledgeable, feisty, and a refreshing personality in the courtroom. When everyone else seemed superficial and pompous, she was down to Earth and connected to her case. 
I didn't expect miracles, I drank, drove, and was arrested but I was very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend this law office. They always had timely responses to my questions, offered a decent payment plan, and the associates that work at the firm and represent Mr. Newcombe were professional.
