When I was locked in jail, I had my parents hire their lawyer, David sho Ly for my pending stalking felony charge, which is my huge mistake in my whole life. This lawyer didn’t bail me out with $150,000 my family transfer him ( he said I had ice hold, but when I insisted to go to ice, he told my parents ICE was more horrible than jail, my parents were over 70 years old, they were totally controlled by this monster lawyer)

He kept me in jail for almost 4 months till this case was over. Because of his incapability to negotiate with prosecutor, he threatened me to plead guilty to another felony (he didn’t investigate this case at al), and signed a no contact order for life for me without my consent ( he didn’t even let me read the content in the order before sentencing court) and I am the first time offender, no record at all.

After I got out, ( i was not sent to ICE after sentencing, maybe that’s only his lie to lock me in jail so he could take more and more money from my 70 years old parents) I found out he not only charged lawyer flat fee $8000 on the agreement, he also had my parents transfer him $11,000, and i didn’t know anything about this when I was in jail, I didn’t read any other agreement saying any fee $11,000, and I really don’t know what the fee is for?? this lawyer took lots and lots momey from my parents, ( At least $20,000 -$30,000) and had a first time offender to plead guilty to a felony. This is my huge huge mistake in my life to hire this lawyer. I hope you are lucky and wise enough to pass this lawyer and this law firm.
