I could go on for pages and pages heaping accolades upon Mr. Pautler and for his legal representation for me and my 3 1/2 years of perceived agony. But in the spirit of keeping it focused, short and to the point, I won't. And very notably, Mr. Pautler made his decision to represent me in a world where most attorneys seem interested only in cherry-picking the very easiest of personal injury claims/cases. Actually had to go see a contractor lawyer to visit the case a physco client who is threatening me and our reputation saying unless i pay her she will file suit in a trumped up case where another contractor came in and put down our work and sold her on fixing it. Wow, is all i can say.

In the face of a difficult and stressful custody situation I had the pleasure of working with Erika Reichley soon after she joined Deno Millikan. While some attorneys seem to try and squeeze every billable minute out of you, Erika not only provided great advice, she also was careful to spend time wisely keeping cost of service top of mind. Her professionalism, knowledge, strategy, personality and integrity resulted in a positive outcome in our case. While I hope I never have to use Erika again, I would not hesitate to do so.

Was a little disappointed. The lawyer called me and barely let me speak. Was not interested in hearing my case at all. The 5 minutes of time we had on the phone was primarily around his hourly rate and being worth his time. This firm is about making money off you, that is it.

My only major complaint is that while I expressed interest in filing for a child support review/increase at the same time we submitted the modified parenting plan I was met with resistance. During the trial the judge asked why there wasn’t a child support review being submitted at same time and I was kind of peeved to learn that that is the more common & economical way to go about it. So now a year later I am without the funds and time to review and submit paperwork in Everett myself or hire a lawyer again and I haven’t received a modification to child support in 9 years. I feel that this was really a technique to extend services and thus make more money for the firm. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

I guess they do personal injury & family law. They do not give free consults in any way, shape, or form. Charging by the quarter hour and they're among the highest priced in the area. Nice office, and they were in during the blizzard so I suppose you could call them dependable. Another firm to call if you're trying to get over on your soon-to-be ex-wife. They told me they take a lot of those cases. Minimizing & trivializing DV wherever possible. You know, for the money. Free parking tho!
