They were very friendly, nice and cordial. I appreciate it that they had Beverages and snacks to enjoy during the process of utilizing their services. The building is very nice and kept up well. Hopefully I will not have to utilize their services anytime soon, but if I do I'll gladly return.

Had mediation here. Was told how good this place was at mediation. Especially when dealing with a difficult Ex. However they were unable to bring us to a settlement. Even given the very fair and equitable offers provided by my counsel and myself. Granted my ex is a very difficult, stubborn, vindictive person to deal with. I feel that the mediators should have tried harder to help come to a resolution here. It costs thousands of dollars for the service just to end up with no resolution. There literally was no more assets to offer by the time we were through. Yet they couldn't get us to a resolution and they still get paid for their failure.

We have used Paul on several different occasions. He is always so helpful and thorough! Everything has gone very smoothly for us each time and you can tell he really cares about his clients. His staff is very friendly as well!
