nothing but garbage and lies. I own a company that assists young and old. This company wants your money and will get it. My ex paid 250,000 according to them and that was five years ago. I'm guessing it has doubled. When a law firm wants to use lesbianism and liberal lies to defeat their opponent . Sooner or later the lies catch up. I've witnessed this organization lie after lie.

In a very difficult situation I was uncomfortable to approach, I was lucky enough to find an attorney like Carol Bailey and Christina Smith. They made me feel comfortable in my situation and gave me support in my decision. They made ever effort to make the cost of my divorce as low as possible. The service I was provided was professional, informative and supportive. I always felt they had my best interest at heart. At the end of the day, I felt they stood behind me ever step of the way which I needed and appreciated. I would recommend them highly.

I was recommended Integrated Family Law by a friend who spoke highly of them. My experience with them regarding was wonderful. No matter where my attorney was, she always returned my calls and emails promptly. She helped me to understand the laws regarding my situation, and what I was entitled to. She answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. I felt that I was well taken care of as a client.

Susan Shulenberger - Much more than an attorney - she was fantastic through the toughest event in my life.

Susan and I met quite a while ago. And while that hints at the arduous process my divorce became, she was there, helping me understand, guiding me through the legal process, but also bringing experience to bear in relationships and breakups. Its a tough time regardless, particularly when the behavior of your former spouse is hard to interpret. Susan was there. Constant consideration not just of the divorce, but of future ongoing relationships, what it take to get this behind you, but not at the cost of your dignity, fatherhood, or an untenable financial situation. Susan is always thinking a few steps ahead. When nothing seems to make sense in an ambiguous and emotionally driven world, Susan provides clarity, reason, and calm. Oh and she is sharp as hell on settlements and getting a deal that works. Works for both parties, I should say.

We had a great rapport from the beginning, she was a friend and confidant beyond my attorney. She showed passion, was conscientious of what I was going through, and patient. We ended up in court because we wanted to, given the circumstances dealt. I regret none of it, even if I never anticipated that.

Krista Stipe - went above and beyond, believed in me, and was dedicated and passionate

Krista came on board my team as we learned that trial was going to be needed in my case. A prospect I wanted to avoid, but was necessary. From day one, she showed how her experience in trial preparation was a strength for her. In a time of doubt for me, she conveyed confidence, had absorbed the merits and details of my case quickly, and laid out a strategy that was a great balance of advising and collaborating. There is an art to this, I've learned, a balance of guiding and listening, and Krista is able to strike that balance with ease.

But what needs to be emphasized, beyond all the guidance Krista provided to me throughout was her dedication, her passion, and and her belief in my case. Seeing Krista in action in court, quickly assessing the situation, making the right decisions, being so prepared to accommodate changes to the flow of the case, incorporate new information, ready to adapt; truly amazing. She put in the work, and poured more than that into it. I couldn't not have been more proud of her preparation and her passion as the case came to a close. It was awe-inspiring, and made me so grateful to have her on my team.

The outcome was better than I hoped for. I received more than I asked, and I could not be happier. We went through the process. Susan and Krista did things the right way. I never felt ill prepared nor did I worry that what actions opposing counsel might pursue, because we were organized and thoughtful every step. They were both tremendous.

I would recommend them both to anyone

Do not waste your money here .Very poor experience ,not caring, not attentive. Everything was done on the last minute, no communication, not prepared and taking chances, no strategy no wisdom , no expertise.
I spend well over $100K in a couple of years without going to trial and only on custody matter, could not get my voice heard in front of aggressive opposing council.Whatever my attorney said was over ruled and over looked like we never said anything. Very painful experience for my daughter and I and we both suffered. My attorney's focus was not on me but somewhere else. Always too busy to talk and to answer my phone calls. Every single letter would take weeks to get done if ever get done. Sometimes I would never receive the other party's responses or ruling. They would miss deadlines and due dates and you pay for it.

The recent reviews just confirm the dishonesty of Krista Stipe. Her client L Anders (her real last name is Ristow) just validated my statement that Krista Stipe was guiding her and her children through the process, by saying “She was always my advocate and more importantly my children's advocate”. She did this just so she could win her attorney fees from an honest and hardworking father. This also confirms that Krista Stipe is lying in her response to my review by denying having advocated for the children.

Her strategy is to create false accusations against innocent people and put them in forceful situations to spend thousands of dollars to defend their innocence. If she cut her attorney fees or didn’t charge her client, it’s because she got it from a hard working parent on the opposite side. This is how she’s making her living! Don’t believe anything that Krista Stipe or some of her clients say. They’re not ethical people and they thrive on dishonesty.

It’s very interesting how they didn’t have any good stars on their website until I gave them a bad one. Also, they delete all reviews on Yelp.

Krista Stipe guided me through the most stressful and frustrating time of my life as I struggled with child support and child custody issues. She is honest, practical and has a high ethical standard. She was always my advocate and more importantly my children's advocate. Krista corrected a child support order that was unenforceable due to the negligent work of my original divorce attorney. She then helped me through a situation which became increasingly contentious regarding child custody.

I feel like I have run the gauntlet of family law from mediation to contempt hearings to guardian ad litem to preparations for trial and a last minute settlement. I know I could not have gotten through it without Krista; her calm nature, her thorough understanding of the law and her professionalism. She always responded to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner, she never missed a deadline and she always provide me with proper documentation and files.

My case was complicated, messy and long. My adversary was usually uncooperative, obstructionist, and unprofessional. He often filed motions incorrectly and improperly causing Krista to deal with unexpected and unconventional situations. She met each challenge successfully. Krista won every hearing and every motion for me. In the end I had full custody of my children and a better parenting plan than I had ever hoped for. She succeeded in having my opponent found intransigent twice and I was awarded several thousands of dollars in fees. I highly recommend Krista to anyone who is seeking representation in a family law case.

This law firm, Krista Stype included, helped me and my family in a very complicated divorce and did an amazing job. The time they put in, the coaching they gave me, the listening they did was so helpful during a very difficult and tough time. I have since referred a close friend who has thanked me many times for connecting him with the firm. I will continue to recommend people to this firm because they care deeply about their clients and getting a fair outcome. I worked closely with Carol Bailey and Krista Stype and I feel grateful and lucky to have worked with them.

This is an extraordinary law firm that represented me in a highly complex and very contentious divorce . I can not express my gratitude for these attorneys and their staff for navigating a more than two year fight with compassion, integrity and keeping my child's well being at the center. At all times , I was treated with so much kindness and respect that I was able to heal from a devastating and humiliating experience. This firm became my family and I felt that they unequivocally vested emotionally with me and the outcome for my child and my financial well being. As the costs grew with this type of complex litigation, my lead attorney cut her fees to help me financially and always try to minimize the costs. It is clear that these attorneys are not driven by any financial gain but how to help families recover and to maintain emotional health and well being throughout this process. I can not recommend this firm highly enough.Carol Bailey and Christina Smith were part of this highly compassionate and technically outstanding team that brought me profound trust for their integrity and committment.

Krista Stipe is the most deceiving, unethical and immoral attorney I've ever met in my life. The only thing she cares about is how to get her attorney fees. She likes to coach her clients on how to cheat the system, and uses audacious language during her presentations to make it look believable. She knowingly built her case on her client's lies about me and my fiancé, without any evidence or proof, so she could win her case. She never cared that the outcome of her deceptive actions will only harm and deprive my fiancé's children. Because of Krista Stipe the children are growing up without their father and will never see him or talk to him until they're adults. They miss their loving and caring father dearly, and have expressed their tremendous regret to others, that they ever listened to Krista's coaching.
If you want to resolve a reasonable and fair divorce settlement without being set-up for future legal conflict, DON'T hire Krista Stipe or anyone from this firm. They will drag your case through the courts for years just so they can have all your money.

This firm has no integrity and will drag your case on for years, just so they can squeeze every penny out of you. They don't care what's right or wrong and definitely have no interests in "what's best for the children". If you allow them to meet your children, they will manipulate and coach your children on what to do and say so they can create new allegations and complicate your divorce. They don't care about the psychological damage they cause to the children. There is nothing "Integrative" about them; they have no integrity!
