Got referred to certa law group edmonds. Cannot get a hold of an attorney there get the run around to speak with a higher up no email address provded receptionist rude... havent spoken to or gotten legal advice from an attorney at certa at all period and theyve had my case since last year. Cant even call davis to speak with an attorney the receptionist wont let me. Completley dissatisfied negative 5 stars out of a positive 5. Completley negative going to file a complaint with the bar association. Apparently the receptionist run each office and dont have to put me a client on the phone with an attorney or even get an email address.

When I realized that I had been seriously injured in my auto accident I contacted Davis Law Group. They were very up front with me in the initial consultation. They told me what they could and would do for me and that is exactly what happened. I contacted Davis Law Group nearly three years after a rear end collision where the other driver was at fault. I had walked away from the accident thinking I was fine. Turns out I wasn't. Medical expenses had piled up and care was ongoing. In my very first meeting, Davis Law were attentive and listened to my situation.

They took my case on. Over the course of almost two years, they assisted me in tracking medical expenses and advocating with providers. They also took the burden off of me in interacting with the adverse party's insurer --as well as my own.

Davis Law undertook a multi-day mediation with the insurers to recuperate medical costs from five arm surgeries, multiple surgical interventions on my neck, and umpteen chiropractic and physical therapy appointments. They really had my back and provided precious guidance about what to expect and how to handle negotiations.

Negotiations were successful with the adverse party's insurance company but failed with my own insurer who low-balled medical expenses claimed as part of my "under-insured motorists" coverage.

That meant my case was part of the small percentage of cases that make it all the way to court. Davis Law was phenomenal. Their preparation was detailed, diligent and rigorous. They assigned three highly-qualified lawyers to different aspects of the case and engaged multiple expert witnesses. They set expectations and prepared my family for what was to come.

The court case was grueling and lasted two weeks. Davis Law was on the ball at every juncture and showed its might and deep knowledge of case precedence and legislation. The verdict awarded a sum that was significantly greater than what we were vying for in the mediation.

I am very grateful to Chris Davis and his crew for their work ethic, energy and commitment to me, and my family. I meant every word of the review I wrote a few years ago. What I failed to mention was how the attorneys treated me. Mr. Davis and I spoke on the phone quite often. He understood how petrified I was to travel 2 hours to Seattle; my case was a little complicated, having to track down the witnesses, unraveling all the little lies that were woven into the drunk driver's "story"; so much detail involved. The book is good for someone with severe injuries but only 1 page was helpful for me, lesser injuries but a big hassle to see doctors, lose work time, find a new car. The useful advice here is never sign a waiver to let the ins co have total access to all your medical records, which can be used against you to try to assign you more blame for an accident. Only grant access to specific relevant records.

My wife and I were in a traffic collision on I-90 in Washington State, where a semi-tractor trailer crushed our full size pickup truck. Both of us were injured.

Simply the Best’

I called Davis Law Group looking for help with my case. I wasn't sure if I needed an attorney or not. And I wasn't even sure what kind of attorney to call. Frankly, I was nervous and scared as I dialed the phone. I had spoken to several other law firms that weren't very nice to me and didn't really give me the time of day.

But Davis Law Group was different. They were so kind and helpful. I even got to talk to attorney Chris Davis' wife Michelle who works in the office with her husband and was just so charming and sweet. They really helped me to understand how car accident insurance claims work. And they sent me a great FREE book to help me understand my legal rights.

In the end they recommended another attorney that handles my kind of case because I need social security and disability benefits. But they gave me several names of people to call. They went above and beyond in their attempt to help me.

I think the couple of bad reviews were written by people who are just disappointed that Davis didn't take their case. Ha ha! The one bad review written by the woman who was injured while jell-o wrestling is hilarious! I don't blame them for turning down that case. She sounds nuts.
