Litigation is never an easy pill to swallow. Outside those in the legal profession, it's daunting, uncomfortable and far outside the norm of our daily lives. We don't know what to expect when circumstance puts us at odds with another person or entity very much in the same undesirable situation.
I went into my personal injury case uneducated and frankly, scared. After several drab renditions of the same unfeeling and detached lawyerly tune from several local attorneys, I about gave up. With my head whirling in misinformation, speculation and uncertainty, I was not optimistic to say the least.

There's doing for job because it's your job and there's doing your job with true care for helping others. I felt Russell truly wanted to help me better my life. I never felt pressured as far as getting things done as fast as possible and never once did he or his office pressure me to pay more then I could at the time.
