I've tried to email this office several times about compensation entitlement for winning post conviction relief. This office has failed to get back to me with an answer to a simple question.

Too bad Dave Cotner left this firm. He was one of the only good attorneys left. All the others in my opinion are corrupt.

In my opinion this is a very unethical law firm. My sister got hosed by this firm. They waste your money and file frivolous lawsuits. This is one of their tactics. Don’t think the judges haven’t caught onto this. They are bad news!!!!!!!!

We called and were directed to one of the lawyers in the firm. We talked to him a few times - he asked us for information, which we provided, and he said he'd make a few inquiries for additional information from the court and get back to us the following day with a better idea of what we'd need to do going forward. The next day came and went. Called and left him a message. Then called and left him another message, just in case. He never returned a phone call and we never heard from him again.
