I would give Angela 10 stars out of 5 if I could! I retained Angela recently for my 10 year long highly contentious custody case. Over the duration of this case I had retained 7 other attorneys, men, women, ruthless, reserved, even some with decades of family law experience, high dollar retainers, and a silver tongue for their abilities to “win” my case however each and every one of them fell flat against the challenges in my case.
Angela, however, exceeded in every aspect, and accomplished every goal as we had intended.
She was brilliant with her strategies, detail oriented, catching things the opposing attorney and all my previous attorneys had missed. She is soft spoken, extremely articulate and has an outstanding reputation and rapport with the Judges in Missoula. Angela is timely, thorough in explanations to her clients and is highly comforting to have on your side going through a traumatic family crisis, as family law so often is.
If there were one way Angela could improve it would be that she practiced law in every state so that no matter where I move she could represent my son until adulthood!

With great haste and maxing out a card, which cost me extra money, I came up with a retainer for a divorce. Angela decided to go on vacation and wait to serve my ex. When she told me of this plan I repeatedly told her I had a huge concern my ex was going to try and kick me out of the marital home. She said she didn't see any way this would happen. I said ok, I'll take your word as a pro. Well guess what happened? By the time she got back in touch with my I got served and had to leave my home with only a few days notice.

Ms. Zelinski then bailed on me when I told her how displeased I was, never said sorry that because she decided to hold off serving my ex, I and my family suffered. She took zero responsibility.

When my ex wife decided she wanted to relive her 20's and run back to her high school sweet heart I was recommended to Angela. She did a great job with my divorce back in 2013.
