No matter what words we choose to describe how professional, how dedicated, and how meticulous they went about their work, how they worked as a team when necessary and all the while showing so much compassion and empathy toward our son and our family, words cannot portray the overall POSITIVE SATISFACTION we found with our son being represented by the professionals at Judnich Law!! This case, one of which we feel they have NEVER seen the likes of, contained elements requiring representation by both a criminal and family law attorney (criminal allegations and divorce/child custody).  We found both at Judnich Law in Nathan Hull and Lucy Hanson (respectively), and we just cannot find a way to put into words how positive and how strong we feel about making the correct choice with Judnich Law. Understand, having never been thrown into such a DIRE SITUATION involving the need of multiple attorneys, let alone a criminal attorney, we shopped around the Missoula area, physically, online and via opinions from friends and family and others we came in contact with in order to make the best possible decision. Our family continues to go on and on with HIGH PRAISE for Lucy, Nathan, Brandi and Carrie at Judnich Law.  Words like BELIEF IN THE TRUTH, TENACITY, PERSERVERANCE, RESOLVE AND COMPASSION come to mind when reflecting on our experience. Bottom line for this review is, if you’re looking at this website, and you are in need of a competent and experienced attorney, make a call down to Marty at Judnich Law and set-up a meeting. Nathan was patient and understanding throughout working on my DUI case. I am very young, and never had any run ins with the law so I had no background or knowledge about what was to come. He worked kindly with my family and I as we do not live in state, took the time to explain things to us in a way we would understand and comforted us the entire time. Unfortunately, this office lacks professionalism. The attorney I used at this firm did not return emails in a timely fashion, timelines discussed were consistently missed and my case was continually pushed aside while I was given excuses:
"my afternoon got a bit high (sic) jacked" "I am slammed until next Tuesday" "I was going through my emails over the weekend and noted that I hadn't responded." (10+ days of no response) "I had a contentious custody matter in court today and the hearing ran over. Nothing I could do..."
If the issues were somewhat isolated, I could understand. These quotes are merely a sample of the problems.
I requested a meeting with the owner to discuss the issues after asking the attorney to withdraw from my case and was told he was already aware of my complaints and didn't have the time to meet with me. Extremely disappointing!
