I agree with Joseph Alvarez. The lawyer was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone

My wife has had a case open for 2 YEARS just now in April closed the case and settled on the money for her settlement check. Been 2 months and have yet to receive anything. I'm considering getting a new lawyer because no lawyer should take 2 years to finalize a case when, her mother was in the same car accident and received her portion 6 months after the incident. Continuously my wife has tried to see when she'd get the money from the settlement check and the Steve Alvarez just says, "I dont know what's taking them so long I need the money too." Yet my wife already closed the case and signed that it stated it was a good amount to settle on. Refuses to give my wife the insurance information to call them and ask if the settlement money was paid. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone if you need a GOOD lawyer definitely do not go here. He makes excuses as to why it takes forever to receive the money and refuses to give out information needed for my wife to check on her OWN case to see what's taking so long. HUGE red flags with this law firm. Looking for another lawyer especially if she doesnt receive anything by the end of June 2019 for an accident that happened June 2017. Ridiculous.
