Horrible, dishonest, and incompetent. Went to Donna because of her years of experience but shortly after she took my case she handed it over to an associate attorney with less than a year of experiance. She will ask for a flat rate few but finds reasons to demand more money, saying the case is more complicated then what she originally thought. Chelsea messed up my parenting plan and asked for the complete opposite of what I asked for. I eventually reported her and her associate attorney to the bar association. She completely ruined my case, thank god for my current attorney that cleaned up her mess and made things right. My case ended up the way I had hoped but not because of her. DONT TRUST THIS LAW FIRM IF YOU CASE IS IMPORTANT.

I was told I would receive a call back from a busy call rep. She sounded like she was busy with something else and asked me to repeat my information. Never received a call back. No thank you.

My free consultation was half the allotted time. Donna said she didn’t want to know the details unless she was my attorney. When I did pay the company, my representative (Not Donna Person Smith) showed up late for court. They did nothing to defend me and appealed the loss referencing a case that the court found had no relation to my case. $1600 for nothing. Pricilla (the next representative from the firm) was at least nice and seemed enthusiastic. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

Obviously it is never good to need an attorney for a bad situation. With that being said the , the attorneys, and everyone involved are helpful courteous always brightening one's gloomy day. These folks honestly make you feel Comfortable and secure. They're up Upbeat attitude brings a wonderful ray of sunlight into an otherwise cloudy day

Went in for a consultation which went fine. I called a week later to discuss what the next part of the process was and I was told I would get a call back. I wait 3 days and call again and the same exact thing happens. Finally call a 3rd time for a follow up but just keep getting the run around. Most unprofessional Law office ever.

I honestly cannot say enough about Donna and her paralegal, Jill! I was going through a very complex custody situation. I could not find an Attorney that wanted to deal with the complexities of my case and I was in a time-sensitive situation.
I googled 'Attorneys in Puyallup', and Donna was the first person I happened to call. She took my call right away, and we discussed my case. She was the first lawyer I talked to that showed genuine compassion and felt that what I was going through was as important as I did.
