I work with a lot of patients injured in motor vehicle accidents and I'm grateful to have this firm as a resource for them. This is unfortunately my 2nd auto case in which both I was NOT at fault. This last perpetrator was arrested for a DUI, had priors and of course had no insurance which then makes my own insurance to have to step in. I refer anyone as a perpetrator when they do not carry insurance because it is against state law!

Jacobs and Jacobs is aware of my own insurance carrier USAA and how they no longer like to pay medical or naturopathic after 60-90 days of treatment! That is insane to me. They also have random doctors such as a doctor of vetrinary medicine review my case and old citations of medical literature to support their cease of payment.

I had to again hire an attorney for my basic care to be covered by my own insurance! I was always checked in on to see my progress for over a year, we are now settling. I don't hire an attorney to get anything additional except the care I need, but they have exceeded that so I am grateful for their services twice. I hope I won't need the service again, but recommend it as a not at fault party.

I used Jacobs and Jacobs for a car accident and it was such a long drawn out emotional rollercoaster (while I understand it takes time they really drug their feet) constantly changing who was dealing with my claim and hard to get any direct answers. Nope! Never again will I use them or recommend them!

So far so good, taking care of my needs and handled so far with professionalism. A little hard to find and sometimes staff are slow to get back to you while other times they are ahead of schedule and making regular check ins. Will update to 5 most likely when my case is over and things smooth out after the holidays.

Mr. Jacobs was rude and mean. I was his client and he yelled at me treating me like I was nothing. He got most of my settlement money and didn't even seem to care about my well being. Had I known any better I would have never sought their help. I wish I hadn't ever gone to them. Now there's nothing I can do about it except to live with it. Please do not go to them I'm only saying this so no one gets what happened to me to happen to you.

Unfortunately I was in a car accident hit by an uninsured motorist. It's been 3 years of pretty much hell for something I never asked for. At first was dealing with the other insurance company myself until they started to say things that made me think there was going to be a big problem. Called a friend who used to work in this industry, is now retired and she recommended calling Jacob & Jacobs. Peter was my attorney he hung in there fighting for me all the way down to arbitration. Could hardly believe they were fighting us on the medical bills. Peter and his crew were so helpful and took the burden on so I wouldn't have to even deal with these jerks any longer. Prepared myself that I would be nothing and was ok with that as long as all the medical bills were paid. Although I will never be 100% from this accident that I didn't cause this firm worked super hard on my case and Peter was amazing and his assistant Ann. I would refer to Jacobs and Jacobs to anyone in an accident. Not really sure how anyone would get what they deserve without an attorney these days.

This account is under my husband's name, but I was in two accidents about 3 years apart. While J&J was working on getting my settlement for the first accident, my husband and I were rear-ended causing my injuries from my first accident to get worse. The insurance for my first accident didn't want to give me hardly anything, but with the help of J&J, I was able to get the maximum from the other driver's insurance. WARNING -I'm injured from a rear end accident. Jacobs and Jacobs in Puyallup WA did NOT, have NOT, are NOT protecting me. Medical records PROVE PROVE PROVE I'm injured. PROOF. Jacobs and Jacobs are NOT protecting me. DO NOT except them to protect you. Rear ended injury and they have NOT protected me. They told me there's a witness stating I'm not hurt. So, instead of believing doctors and doctors, medical PROOF- they choose to not not believe documented Medical records and take the side of a so called "witness" saying I'm not injured. Way to go Jacobs and Jacobs-Whatever you do..Jacobs and Jacobs disregard documented MEDICAL PROOF and side with a "witness" and NOT side with MY doctors. Every day I have permanent nerve damage from the accident. Do NOT trust Jacobs and Jacobs to protect you- they do NOT believe the doctors who have documented medical records of my injuries. BEWARE.
