Not Happy with Palace Law at all!! Had a l&I claim with them. They caught for my time loss & dependents, we won and they took 30 percent of $4,000, all good right? WRONG! Then L& I changed their mind and said I had to pay back like 1,200 ( not sure on the amount but close,) and palace law wouldn't pay back their 30 percent then at the end of my claim when I got my PPD I still owed $779 do to the pay back . So say I got $6000 back minus $779 would be $5,221 is the check palace law would of received from L&I , at that point they should of taken out their 30 percent correct? NOPE they took their 30 percent out of the $6000, so I got screwed TWICE!!!!! I was very up set, I'll never recommend them to any one I know! Ripping people off that are disabled is just wrong in so many ways! Shame on you Palace Law !!?

I am very pleased with Palace Law and would highly recommend them. I went to other Atturney offices for help with my L&I claim. One in Olympia who was of no help at all. It wasn't a quick turn around for them, told me it was to difficult a case and every time I talked to them, they really did nothing. Then just withdrew. A well known office advertising on local radio too. Other atturnies gave me advice for free over the phone that was helpful that my Atturney at that time didn't even do. Eventually I was referred to Palace Law. I was amazed with how helpful they have been. How informative and respectful. They listen and respond in a reasonable amount of time if I have any questions. Steven Pyle is an absolutely fantastic lawyer! He not only fights LNI relentlessly, but he also genuinely cares about his clients. I am continually impressed with his ability to track my current state of recovery and to navigate the difficult waters of LNI. When I was initially injured I fought LNI alone for three months and they were about to wrongfully close my case. I was also having trouble convincing them that they had set my wages incorrectly. It didn’t matter how many letters I sent or how many phone calls I made to my claims manager. Nothing I did made any difference whatsoever and their letters never explained how they arrived at any conclusions. It’s hard enough to be injured and in pain, much less to fight an entity that is so complicated and beyond logic. I was genuinely injured, I legitimately needed care, and I was starting to feel hopeless. I sought out Steven in hopes that he could persuade LNI to fix my wages and help me get the care that I need. The minute I signed the paperwork designating legal counsel, all of the relentless letters from LNI stopped. I no longer dreaded looking in my mail box wondering what LNI had sent me today. Every order, every threat, and every confusing letter went directly to Steven. I have never once had to worry about what LNI is doing because Steven is keeping them accountable and he’s making sure that I’m getting the care that I need. Here we are two years and four months into my injury and my case is still open. I’ve had two knee surgeries and there might be a third knee surgery depending on my recovery from the second one, which I just had. Initially an urgent care doctor and an orthopedic surgeon told me that I was not a surgical candidate and that all I had done is hyperextended my knee. They said that I would be better in 2-3 months and there was nothing to worry about. Here we are two knee surgeries, over a hundred physical therapy visits, and multiple very expensive injections later. I’ve missed almost nine months of work cumulatively and without my case remaining open, this entire ordeal would have been absolutely catastrophic to my life. Steven Pyle is the only reason that I have made it this far and that LNI has paid for all of this. Do not wait, do not let your case get closed, do not go to a supposedly independent IME without a lawyer, and do not think for one second that you can beat LNI on your own. LNI is designed to be extremely complicated and if you are not specifically trained in the way it operates, you’re going to lose. Right now you’re probably low on money, you’re hurt, you’re stressed out, so help yourself and call Steven. They don’t require any money up front to retain a lawyer. Steven Pyle is worth ten times whatever you end paying him and every time he takes the money that I owe him, I never bat an eye because he’s worth that and so much more. I can’t say enough positive things about Steven Pyle and Palace Law. Don’t wait a minute longer, get help today!

When I first talked to Patrick and Kristi I felt I that I finally have someone that cares and knows the system. I had an attorney but never felt like they had my best interest seemed like they where on l&I s team so I was lucky enough to talk with the palace team and I am so glad I was able to get palace to take my case . I had 4 open claims at that time and was overwhelmed my old lawyer said I should let the company I was working for when I was injuein to rrhire me at a $22 pay cut and let them fire me so I could get unemployment that was when I got to meet with palace and the advice I got from palace team was total opposite Patrick asked me if I was even trained for the position offered . I hired this firm the first time in 2017 for an L&I claim that they did a good job on. In 2018 I again hired them for another claim but this time their performance has not been as good. The paralegal Brian that is handling the case is not answering important emails or voicemails in a timely manner that I've left him. He gets angry when I ask him why he doesn't answer me. He stated: "I just don't have time to answer every email I get."

I have had a very difficult claim spanning 8 years ,closed and appealled .Kristi Richardson and Thaddeus picked up after closure and appeal and turned things around in a remarkable way.

First, I will update this review after my case is complete. I was referred to Palace by a family member. If you are on L&I, my advice is to find a lawyer. I entered the legal representation aspect of my case after realizing that L&I wasn't really there to help me get fixed. They may seem as though they are there for you, but I learned that it's just not true. All I wanted was to be fixed, and return back to work.

I hired Palace Law to assist me in the mounds of paperwork, and to help me find a solution. So far, I have been very impressed. My lawyer Steven Pyle has been amazing, and has been by my side through the difficult process. Trust is key, and I have trust in Palace Law and Steven.

When I realized I was going around in circles, and not getting treatments my doctors suggested, it was time for me to get a lawyer. I sincerely appreciate the organization Palace Law brings, and the personal level of service is excellent. I know I can call my lawyer, and get a very rapid response. My past experience with another lawyer was to leave a message, and maybe get a call back a week later, or no call back at all. Palace Law offers several ways to communicate, from phone to email, to even a special portal designed for me. I can even keep all my paperwork and information on the portal, and it is a huge asset when my organizational skills are not the best.

One more thing that impresses me about Palace Law and my lawyer. I don't feel like I am speaking to a used car salesman. I don't have anyone pressuring me to buy, or pushing me to go for a cheap repair. Meaning, I am given options when something arises on my case. Kind of like the pros and the cons of making a decision.

Palace Law was very instrumental in bringing my successful appeal on a L&I decision that incorrectly determined that my disability would allow me to do a job that I physically am unable to do. This successful appeal also brought ten months back wages and has forced L&I to either retrain me for a job I can actually perform or offer a pension due to my disability. Highly recommended.

I was told about Palace Law when My company was denying my claim of a knee injury I received at work back in 2012. I could not work, The Union told me about Palace Law and I was very lucky to get John Ledford and Tanya Mitchell.
The moment I met John and Tanya I knew I was in good hands and had found someone who would take care of my problems.
John kept me informed at all times about what was going on with my case. When I would called or E-mailed him or Tanya I receive an answer very quickly, I was never left hanging. It will be 5 years comes this January 2017 I hurt my knee and need a knee replacement. John and Tanya have kept working all those years and all the court dates, and all the letters, documents that I would have no idea how to answer.
Plus everyone I have ever met at Palace Law have gone out of their way to be helpful and friendly and it is not a put on, I felt it was real, they did care about what me and what I was going through.

I had no reason to distrust my company and they were very encouraging at first but they turn out to be my worst nightmare. After my surgery was done and I went back to work on light duty they made every afford to drive me out and get me to quit and forfeit my LNI claim.i was about to give up and I heard the radio commercial .I liked what I heard and I gave them a call from that moment I never had to worry about my employer or LnI again, when I went into the palace law office they were courteous ,friendly and very professional in every aspect of my experience.i worked all my adult life since my first job in 1983 I was told that L and I was always there to protect and help me if I ever was injured that was farthest from the truth they were my living nightmare to the point where they tried to blame my injury on my three-year-old son they made no effort to help me and sided with my employer the whole time LNI try to mess with me and would delay my checks ,wouldn't pay me and I literally went broke and my son and I had to stay with friends because they dragged their feet and tried to intimate me and delayed my checks for up to 5 6weeks.when palace law became involved in my case they had my back and stood by me until my case was resolved. I went to palace law two years into my L&I claim because the state was making me do lots of IME's, and redundant testing, over and over again.....2.5 years later, My team at Palace law just secured me a Pension.....and at 39 years old, that's hard to get!!!! I came there hopeless, and very worried about my financial future......as of 1-15-15 I no longer have to worry......Palace Law made true on a promise......They can't promise everyone a pension, but they do promise that they'll work their butts off to get you treated fairly!!!!
