The artwork screams "no taste". The attorneys were slow at showing up for their appts. Not very helpful. Consultations are paid up front and they'll show up 20 minutes late to your scheduled appt. They really don't care about you. Just your money... Barely.

Meredith Gerhart worked or works for this office. She did a Gal report on my wife's children, after we hired her, that was one sided. She spoke to the abuser, abusers references but not to anyone that we suggested that would give her onsite of the abuse. We even had counselors letters highly recommending the children not be placed back into the abusive situation. The first report went contested and 2 years later, when the abuse was actually worse, she wrote a new report, without any interviews with anyone but the abuser, giving him more visitation. We had to report her to the bar and are in process with reporting her to the court.

Do not hire her. She will ruin your lives. Of she is still part of this law firm I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere. Any law office that perpetuates abuse should be avoided. I have all the documentation to back these accusations of people need to see it.

Repeat do not hire her as an attorney or GAL.

If you would like further details of this I am more than happy to talk to anyone about this. End result of her involvement was to give the abuser full custodial rights but not residence. Mother is supposed to keep the children 5 days a week, have a supervisor there with her the whole time while paying for it and care for the children until the abuser decides he wants to see them and abuse them when he needs or feels he wants to. In short... Meredith agreed to split up a husband and wife and have the wife, who was also abused by the defendant, Glenn Gaither, be at his complete calling until he wants to see the kids and abuse them too. I will make copies of the final plan and her report and post them later. Read it and see how she will work for you if you hire her.
We hired her, we hired her to stop the abuse and she totally not only endorsed it but put into the plan that the abuse will go on with her blessing.
