In my opinion she should lose her licence to practice law for awhile . She should also be charged with Changing legal paperwork signed by the Judge and breaking Montana state law .. Not representing her clients
In anyway that could possibly make the client believe she wasn't working for the other side, ( in this case DFS/ CPS )
Not returning client calls, not showing up for hearings. Not getting ahold of or even returning calls from clients witnesses ..
Never allowing client the right to have their case to go before the judge to be heard and desired. I even told her I wanted a different Lawyer because she in no way was representing. I still have not got my day in court . 1 year 11 months later.

Incredibly professional, compassionate, experienced and knowledgeable. Ms. Berst goes above and beyond for her clients- great communication and follow-through. Nobody plans to need an attorney, but when the time came and I needed one, I couldn't have been in better hands. 5 stars is an undersell- I can't recommend her enough for all of your legal needs.

She is the absolute worst attorney I've ever encountered...
Lies about fees, Very inexperienced, Unprofessional, ended up costing us a fortune due to her Incompetence...
DO NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL!!!

Incredibly so-so, does not follow through, documents FULL of type-o's. You have got to be kidding.
