DO NOT HIRE!!! He did absolutely nothing in the 4 months I had him!!!! Had to get a new attorney who did more in 2 days than he did the entire time. Also impossible to get a hold of and will make up lies for being incompetent!!!!

CROOK... I hired him to help with child custody and visitations with my daughter , it has been 1 year ..we have been to court 1 time.. he promised he would get me back to court 3 months from first court date. That never happened...good luck even getting a hold of him... I left voicemails at his office, no response.. 3 days later I finally message him on fb he responds with " why are u contacting me on fb.." I told him it's the only way to get in touch with him.. it took bout 4 weeks to get invoice and check with remaining retainer.. I gave him $2000 my return was $335... we went to court 1 time.....!!!! He charged me for reading messages on fb, he charged me $465 to download a file! I know I have my days like everyone else, but how does one sleep at night knowing they are robbing hard working people trying to see their children... DO NOT WASTE YOUR $ ON BRANDON HARTFORD.

Brandon helped me with an adoption where my husband adopted my son because his biological father had abandoned him . That experience was fantastic Brandon went above and beyond to have my sons father served and everything that we needed in order to go to court and have it go smoothly . Recently I needed help obtaining a restraining order so I reached out to Brandon for his knowledge . He offered to help me free of charge because of the situation I was in . He just wanted to make sure that I was safe and that my children were safe . He went to court with me and the restraining order was granted he is also helping me get a parenting plan set in place . I would recommend Brandon to anyone. He’s tough but he’s also compassionate and caring. Thank you Brandon for being there for me through a very difficult time.

I encourage everyone to file and take your grievance about this garbage attorney to the State Bar, you need to file complaint with state bar.If the State Bar attorney who reviews the complaint sees evidence of a serious violation, a full investigation will be launched.. regardless of the outcome, more complaining against this guy the better it will be for everyone. complain will show up when people looking up attorneys online via State Bar website and complaints in his records will show up this would prevent people from retaining -hiring him and reduce his opportunity to steal money from innocent victims - so he doesn't continued to steal money from more victims .

TERRIBLE!!!!! Brandon does not have a voice mail set up on his cell and does not answer it. He did not return calls but charged for leaving a short message to him. He did not go to any meetings, write any letters,
or return calls but kept the entire retainer after doing NOTHING!!!!

Never NEVER go to them!!! They are a bunch of garbage, charge you crazy amounts, don't answer phone calls. Waste of money and time for sure. And the most crazy thing is that they can't even come up with a normal email to send to you. It looked like my 2nd grader can type a better email. I asked to talk to the attorney him self and the lady in the front desk always came up with excuses of him not being in office. She was so RUDE and not helpful at all!! Do yourself a favor and find some other lawyer. This one is 100% GARBAGE and will just take your money and leave you with nothing. They didn't even call me once to inform me of the progress of my case. I was the only one calling and asking what's the update on my case. And till the very end I had to call and ask about the final decision made by the prosecutor and they never were planning on calling me in first place. They kept me in the dark for months and just dragged this case on and on and at the end did NOTHING!! DON"T EVER GO TO THEM!!!!!!!

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Gave this man a check in November of 2015 for a case. As I thought he was taking care of business all seemed well. In April of 2016 I asked where we are at. He hadn't done anything on the case. Advised my wife and I needed to do paperwork. Did the paperwork and in July 2016 asked where we are at. He states he still hasn't done anything and we need to redo the paperwork again.

I can't say enough good things about Brandon and his staff. Efficient and fast and best of all they care! He gives solid advise and is an amazing attorney. We've used him for a variety of issues and never has he failed. Seriously. Oh and reasonable. His rates are extremely competitive. I'd recommend him to anyone seeking an attorney!!
