Justin was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, friendly and PATIENT. He was able to give me an unbelievably reasonable rate and saved me SO much time, stress and MONEY! The store design is dope. Very clean, modern and slightly tech funky. They have some pretty old equipment on display. Worth a visit.

Excellent service. Needed a screen replacement and they did a fantastic job. I like their lifetime screen warranty. In fact, after 3 months my phone screen was showing some problem again and I reached out to them. They replaced new screen again at no cost. Gave me a new screen guard too.

Went to the mall in search of a new battery for my iPhone 6. Went to ‘a store’ and was told there was a 400 person waiting list for new battery installs- the guy pointed across the mall to platinum tech and said- “they may have one in stock.” I walked over and was greeted instantly and told they have multiple batteries in stock- and installation was 5 minutes with a 90 day warranty. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and I’ll be going back to Platinum Tech for any phone or computer needs. Thanks!!

Great service for a battery replacement on a Samsung S6

Needed a new battery for my Iphone 6. Simply-Mac put me on a waiting list for 2 months, and told me that the installation would take an hour when the battery did come in. Stopped by these guys a few minutes later and one of their techs (Chris Vazquez) and he installed the battery in front of me in less than 10 minutes and slapped a complimentary screen protector on as well. 10/10, 100/100, any number numerator over the same number denominator, would recommend!

I think the guys name is Chris. I'm horrible with names... I walked in after getting turned down at simply mac across the hall to try and get my ipad air fixed. I asked the gentleman how much it would be to fix it and he quoted me a price that was better then anywhere else.. I stressed to the guy that I'm really big on learning to so something my self and not having to depend on other people ... he respected that and gave me tips to do it my self sold me a screen and was going to give me tools to learn it my self. I insisted I gave him some money for the tools .. his honesty was appreciated... after getting it done last night .. do I recommend doing it your self ... nope... let this guys do it cause its hella tedious and not as easy as I'm sure he'd make it look.
