Don't ever forget your Miranda Rights! You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you. Of course, I screwed up and didn't remain silent. If it was not for Nels Swandal's help, the outcome would have been ugly. I was told in mediation during child custody that I should not ask for THAT much custody because the judge sides with mothers. I did not seem like I was in a neutral setting and I was very uncomfortable because he tried to dissuade me. I waited almost a year to write this review because everything he made me afraid of was not true. If anybody who is reading this is hurting or had been wronged in anyway, please keep moving forward.

Because of confidentiality laws, I cannot share the details of my complaint. However, I will state, I was shocked and appalled at what I was forced to endure and deal with during my mediation. I will never forget the sheer lack of any expected balance such a procedure promises in the mind's eye of the public. I was part of that public belief. Let's just say I have been informed of how the system works. I do not recommend this business. I heartily regret I chose them. RESPONSE TO OWNER: I waited this long to post, to REMOVE all emotion toward the grievous behavior exhibited, which pinned me into an immovable corner. If I could legally, I would state EXACTLY what the behavior was. A satisfactory agreement, which I did not experience, and a Hobson's Choice are diametrically and dramatically opposed.
