These ladies are the reason my daughter has a Dad and i have a Daughter. 3 years ago i had no contact with my daughter and my ex wouldnt let me see her and now i am a full time Dad. I couldn't have did this without them. Each experience with them is outstanding and they keep winning case after case for me as my ex continues to fight me tooth and nail. They have amazed me in the courtroom along with everyone else in there each time. I would recommend Bringer Law above and beyond anyone else on any matter you need help with!

Bridger Law is one of the best family law firms in Bozeman. I think Maggie & Sheryl are kind, caring and capable attorneys. Going through a divorce is very emotional and financially stressful - these two ladies helped make this an easier process given the situation. I appreciate their work and highly recommend them.

{Author’s Note: I was a client of this couple when they worked as junior attorneys at their previous employer: Brown, Uda, et al of Bozeman. I live in a different state now and provide this review for one purpose only: To provide an honest opinion, in sharp contrast to their web presence, of a person who spent tens of thousands of dollars with poor results from this extremely undynamic duo.} Do not engage, hire, or invest a single moment with these well below average people. I was a client of these two at their previous shop, a firm that has since ceased operations, and paid dearly for their shoddy and sloppy work and advice that was devoid of passion, results, or effort.

I suggest that you not waste even the three seconds required to read the puffery that is disguised on their site as “biographies”. I enlisted Maggie to do civil work. End result: A worthless piece of paper and agreement that resolved not one single issue. I was misled by Maggie that she was working in concert and parallel with her then (and now!) colleague, Sheryl, who was hired to resolve a bogus criminal matter. This bold face misrepresentation (a.k.a. “Lie”) caused me to sign an agreement under duress and false pretenses. My criminal matter was easily and quickly dismissed once I rid myself Sheryl and engaged other counsel. Sheryl was inept, dishonest, unorganized, ignorant with respect to the law, overmatched by opposing counsel and just plain awful. She failed to properly research Montana statues to isolate and vocalize the prosecution’s overt oversteps with respect to my case. New counsel found and noted those within days of taking my case. Not only did she lack the sharp intellect required to handle even a low level, standard legal matter like mine, Sheryl operated in an ethically impure manner as evidenced by her court filing to terminate her relationship with me two hours prior to our previously-agreed-to meeting to discuss the faults in her representation. She was failing and rather than be honest with me thst should could not achieve, even with months of billable hours, she sneaked to the court and bailed out with no offer to return the funds she had used to learn that she wasn’t a very good attorney. Again, my new counsel (post-Sheryl) isolated quickly the key points of my case and had the entire matter easily dismissed.

Do yourself a massive favor and click to the next Montana attorney in your search. Do not dwell on this “Bridger Law” site. Do not make the mistake that I made. Do not hire these people. Ok, so they like dogs and cats (according to their bios). That’s great. As I learned so long ago in Marketing 101: If someone is using puppies and/or the word “free” in thier marketing, then they are likely hiding something. These guys like puppies and felt it necessary to tell you that in their bio. Why not tell us what and where they’ve won with the deployment of impassioned and sharp legal work? I can’t say that it hasn’t ever existed in the short careers of these two, but I can tell you with a firmness that I found these two people dramatically lacking as attorneys and as people. Caveat emptor. My Advice: Buy someone else. Anyone else. You have been warned.

{Also be sure to note the timings and range of scoring of reviews of this couple:
1. As of today, two acknowledged and actual past clients of this couple have marked them as “Poor” (1),
2. One of those reviews was redacted to “protect the client” and,
3. The other was followed immediately (within two hours) by a 100% increase in total site reviews-all marked as “Excellent” (5)

Be wary of any firm that manipulates its reviews so overtly-especially those hawking poor legal advice and services. I highly recommend that you steer clear of this Bridger Law outfit!}
