I have had the pleasure of working with Todd Shea and his law firm on a very difficult and somewhat complicated case involving the use of excessive force by the police. As a police practices expert with 52 years of experience in the law enforcement arena, I can say with certainty that Todd Shea did an outstanding job in pursuing this case, sticking with it, and ultimately obtaining a settlement for his client. I was extremely impressed with his tenacity, his integrity, and his ability to stand up to the legal onslaught brought forth by the gang of police defense attorneys in this case.
