Once in need, I shopped attorneys fairly thoroughly. One difference with Greg Price was that he offed to represent me on the diminished value on my vehicle at no additional charge. I think we were both shocked when the insurance company chose to fight my (reasonable) claim. My Tesla had 800 miles on it when I was rear ended while stopped at a light.
I guess it’s really unusual, but there was litigation on the diminished value. On that claim, we received about eighty-five percent of the amount demanded.
Shop your representation carefully. I’m very thankful that I made an informed choice.
>> Mr. Price (he insists on Greg) and his entire staff are comfortable and very easy to work with
>> Extremely thorough
>> Excellent ongoing communications about what to expect and clearly communicates the laws in language l could understand and how l would be
protected when complications (medical) arose
>> It was a huge relief to have all bills and communications be directed to him (Mr. Price was able to negotiate reductions in medical bills that l, as an individual, would have never been able to do)
>> All communications were followed up in writing
Thanks Mr. Price, Dale
He acted professionally throughout the entire process. He was patient and answered all of the questions that I had during this complicated legal matter. He was direct and confident about his work which helped put me at ease and rest assured that I could trust him to resolve my case. I can't imagine having to deal with this on my own without having someone so knowledgeable and trustworthy to help relieve the stress of dealing with the unknown territory of a legal matter.
I am very pleased with the outcome of my case and feel that Greg was instrumental in reaching a resolution that I am happy with!
