I unfortunately found myself in a remodel mess, most of the work was substandard in workmanship plus the contractor said towards the end that I owed him $140,000.00 over the bid although I had never signed a change order and had continually asked if we were on budget because he refused to allow me to see any of his invoices.

My case with the navigate law group (Chelsie Elliott) was a new experience for us all I think. I went to them to keep my back child support owed open. In the state of Washington I learned that once your youngest child turns 28 it is dropped and the paying parent is off the hook. I was owed a big sum of money so thought it was worth the gamble. With some research Chelsie was able to extend my case for another 10 years. The whole process was a bit confusing since I am not familiar with the laws ect. I think if more of the process was done on the phone instead of email it would have been somewhat easier to relate but all in all I am very grateful for her time and would definitely use the services again.

It's not just I that's received less than decent service here. Be very very leary of their pricing model. Also look out for their timeliness or lack there of.

Over a year later after firing them for inadequate and poor service, they are now trying to collect on $140. Billed to me, for work performed after I fired them... Right. Despite failing to do anything to help my daughter and I have a relationship. Granted some of that is also due to the blatant corruption, lack of accountability, biases and rampant abuse in Clark County and Washington State Family Courts. Even with concrete evidence to support my claims and also position, nothing was done. Awful representation, minimal communication, just another entity taking advantage of non-custodial parents love and desire to be in their child lives.

The worst experience I ever had with a lawyer. I felt tricked and taken advantage off and lied to, suffering extreme consequences through the interaction. The lawyers behavior was simply unhuman and emotionally violent.

Amber and the whole team are so compassionate - they really care about people. I can't recommend them enough!
