Let's not forget motions she neglected to file putting numerous clients on the streets. She promised us everything, urged us to take Brentwood Apartments to court but when we got there she did absolutely nothing, ignoring us, all the evidence we presented including detailed logs, camera footage and pictures? DO NOT trust this person. We, of course, lost on 2 of 3 points as Ms. Witte didn't say a thing during trial and was buddies w opposing counsel, at the conclusion she requested of the court a fee? Of which I protested. She did inform us that she has liability coverage? She will need it as I file misrepresentation of counsel or failure as counsel. God as my witness!

We started out fine and extremely hopeful. Then, the day before Thanksgiving something happened and I truly have no idea what and she angrily dropped us like hot potatoes. Not too sure why. She never said anything that I hadn't already done or answered to. She's a good woman. Of that I have no doubt but when things are about to come to a boil for my family and myself... Well, let's just say it couldn't have been at a worse time.

Just be on guard with any person you put you're life in the hands of. Life is strange that way.

Attorney Witte spent an hour and a half of her time free of charge for the initial consultation to give me advice on my landlord/tennat issues. She responded to all of my questions through emails without establishing a formal client relationship and represented me in court with a day notice of my court date. Ann Witte helped me a lot. I was upset and in a bad situation with discrimination and an eviction which I had been issued in place of being released from the lease at Cascadia Behavioral Health, a predatory organization that basically scams the mentally ill. If Ann had not been there to support me I can't say what the outcome of my case would have been and I'm very greatful.
