The team here takes that extra mile to ensure the clients are always 100% satisfied.
They told me we will need this information, but no deadline, I assume I had until closer to my court date, but I was incorrect. I got a message during a very busy time for me saying that I needed to have everything for them in less than a week from that message, which happened to be a week sooner than I had planned on getting the information to them.
Also I had to call several times for them to get the paper work to my employer to stop a garnishment, meanwhile I received very conflicting information from their staff: first the message was that there was nothing they could do, which I am still baffled that they said that; then I was told that they had already sent the paperwork when as a matter of fact they had not. Every fax the company where I work receives is documented, and they only faxed AFTER I complained. Also it was only when I asked for what they were saying in writing, that they bothered to follow up and clarify the situation and do their jobs.
I have been given little to no instructions on what to expect or what will happen next, the surprises just keep coming.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They truly don't care about you, they just want your money and will do the absolute least amount of work they can for it. I know I am not an exception based on the phone calls I overheard at their office.
Most of the 5 star reviews you see are from their staff or likely paid.
I DO NOT recommend them!
They cannot find documentation you send multiple times.
They will not answer questions.
Alyssa, the receptionist, has zero customer service skills (rude and short tempered) and will not help you in anyway. Phone conversations with her are pointless as all she does is put you on hold (until you hang up) or transfer you.
In my daughters case, after 2 years, the only payments made are to the lawyer, none to the outstanding debt.
