the worst, they don't care if you are innocent and they extort people every day. They have impunity witch they use to there advantage it's disgusting. I was acquitted of all charges by a jury of my peers. I recall the judge informing the da Chin Perez she was on the verge of "tort" liable to sue, bias, fishing expedition, using emotion rather than law and fact. Nightmare for the accused and innocent.

I had Ryan Chiotti as a prosecutor, He not only was dishonest in the courtroom, I later found out he withheld exculpatory evidence in my case, all this guy is interested in is sending people to prison for years longer then their crime should carry, I think he believes he's a pillar of the community but his over charging scandals tactics only breeds pure hatred. This guys a tyrant and a coward. Clackamas county has always been the most corrupt and scandalous in Oregon, any ex con will tell you that, but this guy ads a new level to the already horrific excuse for a justice system, he ads lazy and blatant! The guy doesn't even try to hide it!
