My daughter was in need of legal counsel and support due to a custody and support dispute with her ex. I helped her secure attorney Nathan Jones for legal counsel and was so pleased with the support he offered to her. She had some hurtles to overcome due to some past challenges, but Nathan treated her with the utmost respect and consideration. He gave fair and confident legal advice and fought hard for her rights. And when things didn't go as we had hoped (the judge's doing), he stayed in her corner and continued to try and make things as positive as possible. It was such a relief for me to know my daughter was in good and capable hands. I would happily recommend his services to others.

Amazing lawyers!

I hired Mr. Mastanduno to represent me in a Landlord-tenant case. The number of legal errors that Mr. Mastanduno made on my behalf caused me to loose my case and approximately $17, 000. Even one of the judges recommended that I hire an attorney and sue him through the PLF. Even the opposing counsel in the case said that he would testify to his malpractice. Unfortunately, I did not have the $20,000 that was required to go to trial. I had to settle for mediation, and was offered $6000 by Mr. Mastanduno's attorney. This has caused me great anguish and financial loss if not ruin.
The errors that Mr. Mastanduno made included: forgetting to respond to the counterclaims almost causing me to loose the entire case, not objecting to a video that was improperly obtained and contained false witness, not bringing the officer who was willing to testify to prove my case in a timely manner; the deadline was missed by the time Mr. Mastanduno brought the witness to court. The judge allowed the testimony, but he could not re-open the case.
The worst part of all of this experience is that this was my last year with my daughter at home, and I did not even have the money to pay for the medication for our cat. I can forgive mistakes, but Mr. Mastanduno has never apologized for his errors or taken responsibility for the suffering we have endured as a result of his malpractice.

Kind, compassionate, and competent law practice used for a parenting time/custody case. Clear and quick communication, really tried to understand my case, made me feel very "heard", cut through the emotions and advocated for the best interest of my child. Highly recommended.

Nathan Jones not only racked up false charges but he was unprofessional and unprepared for court actually completely fabricating information that he put in court documents and discussed in court with the judge which endangered my sons safety and caused completely unnecessary emotional distress during an already stressful situation.
He actually told me to fill out my court paperwork wrong and only told me to complete the first few pages of it leaving the court clerk to help me fill it out.
He couldn’t even be bothered to meet with me to go over it and help me fill it out correctly.
He also in court said in front of me to a witness he brought in that he was only in family law for the money. He has no concern for helping families and actually knowingly did things to help the other party!
He gave the court incorrect information which hurt my case. He also is impossible to get on the phone but has no problem sending an insane amount of emails and phone calls to witnesses he said I needed that were completely unnessary. He talked to the other party almost as much as he talked to me outside of court and the emails were completely unnecessary for the case. This guy is a weasel... beware!

It was a challenging task I gave these guys and they really pulled through! Both Steven and Nathan were a pleasure to work with--kind, understanding of my complicated situation, and not your typical attorney stereotypes, but definitely not push-overs either! I would recommend them to anyone!
