For anyone who suffered the loss of a loved one and is being put off by the insurance company, I strongly recommend David Eder. My father was struck and killed in a crosswalk in an unfortunate accident. Even though the driver had a very good insurance policy, the insurance company put up barriers and made it difficult for us to make a claim. Over 10 years ago I hired Bob Thuemmel so I needed help recently and thought of him again when I called I was transferred to a different lawyer that was beyond rude didn't even want to hear me out I was shocked with the whole encounter. I just moved on and looked for another attorney but I thought maybe he was just one of the attorneys and I would call back and see if he was the deciding lawyer for the entire firm come to find out Thuemmel and Uhle are retired and no longer practicing there my encounter with the second lawyer was pretty much the same if not worse he informed me he was the brother of the other attorney anyhow I was highly disappointed and felt no matter if you feel the case it's something you are interested in or not treating people with respect care and concern would be the thing that keeps customers and referrals coming. I really just felt like these attorneys are still using the good names of retired attorneys and are not of the same caliber. It's sad though some lawyers are really just out for a name and money which is fine but helping people should be the ultimate goal. Justice for all.
