had a lawsuit over an accident with ride to care but this douche wouldn't even look at the case. as soon as he heard why I use ride to care he couldn't of hung up on me faster. and I ended up getting one hundred forty thousand dollars from the suit. what an idiot this Peterson person was and probably still is

Todd and his paralegal worked diligently on my case. Completely satisfied. I was terrified about how my medical bills were piling up. But I ended getting all of them paid for and money left over for pain and suffering. Which was fantastic because I'm stuck with the pain forever. Thank you Todd and the team.

Well it won't let me give them 4 and a 1/2 stars But they totally deserve it. I have had 4 major Not at fault car accidents and they handled the last 2 and I was impressed. Todd Peterson took my case and turned He did got me a good amount but only got some no medical paid a year later im getting bills that are coming after me. He wasn’t updating me on my case i had to email him. I sent him doctor and clinic info but at the end he didn’t used it. They did an ok job but not really. He said he was going to add my kids to my case no extra cost but didn’t get anything for them.
I felt that they should have kept me updated throughout the process more and respond to responded to my emails . I wouldn’t recommend them!

Peterson took our case against McMinamins but did minimal (if any) to help us. They dragged it out for a year or so, and after many attempts at calling them to get some kind of results, they said that McMinamins would not respond, so they couldn’t do anything... I Could have done that! Big waste of Time.

Todd and his staff helped me with two personal injury claims that were complicated because their treatment overlapped. I was in my first car accident a year ago and suffered severe lower back and neck pain. I didn’t know what to do at the time, but decided to get a lawyer. I was lucky to have found this law firm. I was receiving treatments from my doctor until one day the insurance company decided to stop paying them. (We are talking only 4-5 months in!) I tried to contact the insurance company, but no matter how much I tried they did not accept my calls or return any of them. (The insurance company was supposed to contact me regarding my health ONLY, but they refused to do so.) Tips for anyone in an accident is to ALWAYS GET A LAWYER! Things would have been a headache to go through this myself.
