Hired Mr Spears in September 2017, and my divorce just finalized april 2019. He was with me every step of the way. He was the first lawyer I sat down with and from day one he assured me that he would always do what was best for me and my son and made my son a priority. I told him I was not out to get my ex and take everything, but that I wanted my son safe and Travis did a very good job of that. He always communicated with me and I never felt like he was just in it to get my money. My situation was hard and very heart breaking the whole journey, but Travis made it as easy as it could possibly be, even though it took 1.5 years. His assist Faith is amazing as well. Loved working with both of them.

I retained Brian Walker for a DCS that I was charged for. Before I retained him, I was offered a plea for 24 months prison time and tomorrow, after about 9 months of working with Brian Walker, I will be taking the same 24 month plea. I feel like I paid him $15000 for nothing. He was often late or just not present to what he seemed to consider insignificant court dates (my call dates) he was on time for a motion to suppress hearing and my last call date though. He also was not as accessible as I needed him to be, generally not returning my calls and if he did return my calls he wasn't prompt. I would not recommend him to anyone.

1st hand knowledge that this firms partner Mr. Spears has no intention of following through for his paying clients. Instead intention for his pockets alone. If he cant maximize his profits he will drop you on your face, without a care in the world for doing right by those that pay for his services. He will tell you anything to get the paid in full retainer and once you sign, he'll acknowledge his disclaimer of no guarantees. Hire him today and tomorrow you will be on your own....

Brian Walker and his paralegal are one of the best teams out there - they worked extremely hard on a case day and night for almost two years and finally brought the truth and justice to the forefront. I couldn't recommend them any more for any legal issues!
