I'm so glad I took my speeding ticket to an attorney and had him represent me. It was like a year long process of getting it done. I had to do a few things off the bat but after that Blake and his team took care of it.

I got a ticket for an open container from an officer because he said he saw people getting into my vehicle when it was parked with alcohol. I called Blake and we went thru my options. Blake tried to get the police to work out a deal to drop the case. But they refused. We ended up having to go to court. On the court day Blake went thru our plan A B C and D of our defense. Luckily, Plan A worked like a charm and the case was dismissed in 5 min. I walked out of the courtroom with a clean record and three cops with puzzled looks on their faces thinking why they lost. They lost because they had no evidence and no basis to write that ticket. Thank you Blake for making this right.

I hired Mr. Dore in late August 2018. I was already on the docket for trial for a speeding ticket that I received for going 21 over. Mr. Dore was quick to take my money ($600) but lacked communication from there. It was over a month before I finally got a response from him after several attempts to reach him. When he finally reached out to me, he informed me that there was a plea offered from the prosecutor. They would drop the speed to 5 mph over but still assess the same fine at $525. I informed him that the plea was not beneficial to me and I would like to go forward with trial. Almost two weeks later, he emails me and says the judge will not let him withdrawal his plea and there is nothing he can do. If your client says no, I don’t want to take the plea, that means don’t go behind your clients back and accept a plea that I wasn’t interested in. All together, I paid $1125 for a speeding ticket that’s still going to show on my driving record. The best part about this is, when I called to discuss this issue after receiving the email and he told me that there is nothing he can do about the plea, I told him I was going to call the Oregon State Bar Association for filing a plea on my behalf without my consent. At that point, he told me he was losing communication with me from this point and good luck. Unbelievably unethical and goes against every right I have. As a citizen, I have the right to a trial and Mr. Dore, singlehandedly, took that right away from me. After he took $600 from me. I will be going a legal route to try to recoup some of my money from this terrible attorney. I’m writing this review to warn other potential clients of his shady business tactics and lack of complete communication.

My 16 yo son received a speeding ticket. As you all know I can teach him not to speed, but the penalty is on me, the insurance. I contacted Blake for advice and help. Blake is the man! Extremely knowledgeable about the law and extremely good at what he does. In December, I was sited two traffic tickets. After 6 long months of getting my court dates rescheduled, we finally had a date set for the end of May. During those times I was offered "plea bargains" by the judge but was not okay with any of their proposes. I told Blake that I wanted to keep fighting the tickets until the end which was risky on my part.. In the end, Blake was not only able to get just one but BOTH of my tickets dismissed in West Linn!! I came to Blake being falsely arrested, he got the DA to not charge me! Then when I had to go to court and meet up with my accuser. Blake got him to admit to criminal behavior against me. I had never seen anything like it, Blake was amazing! He was better than any episode of law and order. He poked holes in every lie my accuser had told. In the end it was clear to the Judge that I had been wrongfully accused and and the Judge explained that he felt my accuser may be facing criminal charges based on what had unfolded.

Overall it was a positive experience. On the downside, I thought the fee was a little high, I had to get my own driving record, and I had to take an online course to get the speeding ticket dismissed. But in the end, the ticket was dismissed and there were no court fees. So it was a good experience and I would recommend the Dore Law Firm.

Through google, I came across Dore Law Firm where a lot of high praise reviews were given which led me to be hopeful of my citation scenario.

That was not the case, I was left disappointed and won't recommend them.

Here's what happened....I contacted Mr. Dore almost immediately after I received my citation in early January 2017. After many attempts on trying to reach out either through email, voicemail, or leaving a message thru their reception, I didn't get any response back. When I finally did get in touch with Mr. Dore, couple of weeks has already passed. Like many reviewers mentioned, he gave me advice on all the options I have available on my end, which I ended up opting to hire him as my defense attorney. He stated on our phone conversation that he will have his office draft a retainer form for me and we will go from there. I gave them a benefit of a doubt and waited couple extra days but nothing came through and by now my citation due date was fast approaching. I was fed up at this point and ended up going elsewhere where much more care was provided on my case.

I understand attorneys can get busy but not responding in a timely matter is unacceptable. Not to mention not following through on the retainer form for hiring him part as well. This whole experience felt like a drag and wasted time with no solution besides me going elsewhere.

Be careful of him. Seems like he wants to help you but just wants to get his foot into your door to get your business no matter if he is going to win the case or not. There should be more integrity in attorneys and I rarely see that anymore.
