Brett Hall handled several complex cases for me, picked them up in the middle, years after they were filed. He managed to not only be impartial, but to present himself as a man of honor, integrity, and compassion with regard to ALL involved parties.
His innate feel for the law led to several surprising bottom of the ninth dismissals after he found evidence (buried in my horribly organized piles of documents) that refuted the plaintiff’s arguments.
He is NOT like any other lawyer I have ever met either. He likes people, wants to use his legal mind to find solutions and does not suffer fools. His compassion extends to both parties. If he believes his client should pay damages to a plaintiff, he will recommend that.
As others stated, he is extremely reasonable re: his rates, possibly even charging too little!! Only negative is that he may have trouble delegating tasks to others, but that may be due to bad experiences he has had. I would love to see a gifted, ethical, paralegal or a receptionist find their way to his practice. He has restored my faith in the legal profession
