Totally incompetent! He worked an eviction for a tenant I had that stopped paying rent. He screwed up the paperwork that was filed such that he had to file again, which allowed for even more time in my house without paying. He even tried to charge me for refiling until I brought it to his attention that it was his error and I will not pay for your incompetence. In reality he should have paid for the extra time she was allotted in my house due to his screw up. He was useless and a total waste of money. There are better attorneys out there and luckily I have a better one now, should I ever need it! Caveat Emptor

I worked with Michael at the Murphy Law Group and was very pleased with all of his work. I live out-of-state and needed help with a tenant in Portland, and Michael was both efficient, thorough, and communicative via email and phone, so I did not need to make a special trip just for the legal process. He made the overall paperwork / agreement process pretty simple and was an excellent consultant on all legal and property issues. I would absolutely work with him again if I needed to.

i can't begin to describe the relief that the Murphy Law Group was able to provide me with. I had a renter occupying my daylight basement and essentially holding me hostage in my own home. I tried navigating the Oregon legal system on my own but was thwarted by our liberal justice system at every turn.
