I hired Jim Pak for a motor vehicle a motorvehicle accident. At first Jim was really nice and walked me through the process. When i didnt hear from him for about a year i called to get an update and was rudly told to be patient. Keep in mind I never called these people or bothered them. Then after about 3 years my case was still not resolved. I was getting calls from the creditors wanting the medical bills paid. I started googling and found NW injury center and asked them the details of how long this takes .long story short Jim and Loren were not working on my case like they said they were. I tried firing them to hire NW but Jim brought up a contract I signed and said that I was stuck. Basically saying their office can do whatever they want because I'm stuck. I advise you to look around before hiring these guys. At best youll get get your medical bills paid for and worst? Nothing .not even a phone call

My case was a very long and involved case that lasted over 2 years. Loren and his team kept me informed at every step. Joy is incredible with how she treats you it has been and absolute pleasure working with these professionals. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner (even if I had already asked). If it was not for this incredible team I would not have come out on top.

This law office is a scam. We hired them for a motorcycle accident years ago and they purposely nose dived the case. Do NOT trust Jim Pak or Loren with your case. They lied to us about our position, which we found out through discovery when another attorney picked up our case. Both of them are corrupt attorneys. We are considering a lawsuit against them for malpractice. If you google personal injury attorneys in Vancouver, there is a law office NW Injury in Vancouver which has two guys who will clean up their mess. Look at all of these reviews for them, they are obviously written BY THEM. Do not trust!!

This law office is a scam. They cost us 350,000$ in medical bills. Then didn’t file the paperwork on time. Luckily our new attorney was able to recover most of the medical bills for us. They are also writing their own reviews. Do not trust jim pak. Just because their name was the first one to come up doesn’t mean their good to use.

In 2015 I was hit by a pick up while crossing a street. I had numerous injuries and was in the hospital a week and then transferred to a rehab facility for another month. After that I spent a number of months doing out patient physical therapy.

I had a motor vehicle accident case that happened in Oregon and Loren agreed to take it on. I was excited because I knew his daughter and it was a very professional looking office. After a few months Loren dropped my case; He wasn't actually licensed in Oregon and the in office litigator didn't want to take the case after reviewing my medical summary. My medical summary that I had to pay $10,000 for. Loren kept emphasizing the difficulty of my case and all the problems that he saw with it. I felt extremely beaten down after meeting with him; I could sense his lack of empathy and confidence in my case because of my previous medical history.

I found another attorney who worked out an amazing settlement for me, however Loren spent more of my money in 6 months than my new attorney did in over 2 years!! All for a ridiculously unnecessary summary of my medical records that a hired Nurse completed. It was an exorbitant amount of money to spend, it was extremely redundant and the RN had a clearly negative bias towards me in her notes. My attorney found it appalling that Loren would waste $10,000 to have an RN summarize my medical history instead of just doing it himself or going through it with me like a hands-on attorney does. My attorney was ready to go to trial and had confidence in me and my case throughout the entire 2 1/2 years. It sickens me that I had to pay $10,000 for a disgustingly prejudice summary of my entire medical history. It was a worthless summary that personally cost me $10,000. Do yourself a favor and find someone who doesn't have such a lavish office and excessive amount of employees; You'll be paying for it out of your settlement.
