My son and I worked with Shelley to complete his adoption and she and Tara were a pleasure to deal with. The entire process was very easy and Shelley had the whole thing completed within a couple weeks. I'd happily recommend Shelley and her team to anyone looking for help with adoptions.

Shelley represented my husband in a child custody case. She was able to control the court room in a way that after multiple lawyers we had never seen. The judge adopted the parenting plan she wrote word for word thanks to Shelley and her ability to point out the lies and missteps in the story. My step son is now part of very few who get to say their dad has full custody.

Shelley Fuller is an outstanding attorney. Her knowledge of the laws and experience within the courtroom is very comforting when treading thru uncharted waters of life. She and her staff are always quick to respond to your questions and advise you on step by step actions to get you moving forward. I highly recommend her for your legal needs.

Shelley did her very best, researched the heck out of situation, and was able to get a better result than I expected. She really knows her stuff. We have another step to my case, and I am glad she is my attorney. For everything I put her through (nagging questions, inpatience) she was also a very good babysitter for a reasonable fee.

In a judicial system where there is rarely a 100% win, I feel this office does exactly as advertised. Courts and legalities are messy and painful for everyone involved. You get an attorney to make it less messy and painful, not to be pain free.
I'm nearing the end of a legal battle and have felt supported from the office staff to my attorney, Joe. Tara is very responsive and supportive. I have a lot in common with Joe and feel like he has my back. When you can trust your legal representation, it makes a world of difference.

Shelley represented me in my divorce. She, and her staff were always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. They were straightforward and helpful. I tend to be a bit scatterbrained in the best of times so the patience, concern and caring they showed in a difficult time was icing on the cake of what was already an excellent experience. They heard all of my concerns and worked with me every step of the way to make sure everything I wanted was covered. I can't say enough nice things!

Shelly is a wonderful strong support for those who need her the most. She kept me standing strong when I was afraid. I will make sure everyone who needs her knows about her!

When we came to Shelley, we were desperate. My husband had been dealing with having his daughter withheld from him at random, and constant abusive text messages from his daughter's mother. His daughter was not in the greatest situation, and the judge was believing all of the lies that were being told to her for years upon years. Enough was enough! We searched and searched, Shelley came to the rescue! She gave us hope, and reminded my husband that he IS a good father, and deserves his daughter on a consistent basis. She gave specific guidance on how to organize information and give it to her. She did not make any open ended promises. Shelley is very black and white. She keeps it real. She isn't going to sugar coat things for you, or fluff things up to make them what they aren't. If she needs something or has a concern she will bring it to the appropriate person's attention in a professional manner.
She helped make our family complete. She has been a great investment to our family, and gave us what we were not able to achieve on our own...our daughter. Not only was my husband granted more parenting time, but he was also granted sole custody. Now we can rest easy knowing that she is getting the BEST possible care and education, all thanks to Shelley Fuller! We love her!

I have worked for Shelley Fuller for the past 11 years as her legal assistant, paralegal, office manager and bookkeeper for the past few years. The office has evolved over time from a solo firm, to "& Associates", back to a solo firm. All the while we have striven to provide our clients with quality legal work. We care about our clients and the outcomes of their cases. We know our clients by their names rather than their case numbers.

I have been fortunate enough to maintain my job whilst moving out of state. The implementation of technology for this purpose has propelled our office forward with the use of technology through the office. We continue to strive to go as paperless as possible.

Contact our office to allow us to help you in your time of need.

Shelley represented me in a traffic case and did an extremely good job negotiating with the court and officer for me. Her work lessened the negative effects on my employment and was preformed in an effective and efficient manner

Was initially told by Shelley that the protective order filed against me was "thin" and easy to beat in court - so I hired her. Nothing was done in preparation for the hearing the week leading up to it. We met for 20 minutes the night before and I gave her a ton of evidence to support my case. None of that was reviewed until minutes before the trial. Most of Shelley's time was spent working with the other lawyer on dropping the restraining order in exchange for a solution that benefited my wife (what my wife and her attorney were going for in the first place and the reason the protective order was even filed). Shelley actually yelled at me outside the courtroom "I am trying to get your kids back! Let me do my job!" However, she did not do her job. My best interests were not considered. Just an easy way out and a quick $1000 in her pocket. I felt she backed down and didn't fight for me even though that is what she initially said she would do. My kids and house never should have been taken from me in the first place and the protective order was unjustified and frivolous. She should have easily been able to prove that in court. Now my wife has an extreme upper hand in the pending divorce case. I would not recommend. I believe another reviewer said something similar and I should have heeded their warning...

Shelley was very helpful through our divorce and subsequent dispute and modification of custody. I also recommended her to a friend.

Shelley represented me in my divorce. She provided sound advice and helped me to reach an amicable agreement for division of assets and spousal support. Despite the many delays presented by my ex's lack of communication and cooperation, Shelley helped me reach a positive conclusion to my divorce.

I used Shelley as my divorce attorney. I liked her style. She is very thorough, professional and knows her stuff! She was able to stand up for my interests in a realistic manner without that sense of pitting my ex and I against each other. She believes in the value of amicable separations especially where there are kids involved. I really appreciated this after interviewing other attorneys who frame my ex as the 'enemy'. I highly recommend her.

Shelly helped me with a last minute issue that came up for me. She worked me in and helped me out. The thing that impressed me so much about Shelly was how easy she was to talk to. She's a "regular person" not judgmental or too busy to really listen.

Shelley is a WONDERFUL attorney and her staff is equally the best.

When we inlisted Shelley's help we had no prior knowledge of her or her qualifications and came to her when we found ourselves in deperate need of someone to represent us. When we walked in the door and sat down we instantly knew she was the right fit for us. Her maner and tone put us at easy instantly and we knew that we had made the right decision. She took the time to explain the process and also the pros and cons of our situation. Shelley and her team delivered on everything they said they would and more. The kept us informed and also included us in correspondences and sent us copies of all our paperwork so we were never hit with any hidden surprises. They even followed up with us things were completed .

We are thankful for her and her team and would use Shelley again if the need arises.
