I found my association with Nova Injury regarding my motor vehicle accident of December 2016 to be professional and totally helpful.

The claim has taken a good length of time, I thought, apparently not.

They were always confident in any answers they gave which in turn gave me faith. So here we are at the 2 1/2 years. Nova continued the claim even when documents, of no relevance, were placed in their way. They are able to close this chapter healthy and able to work part time. I haven't been able to work because I was in continual therapy getting healthy.

I had a really great experience having Jeff, from NOVA Injury law, as my lawyer for my accident claim. I would recommend him or his firm to anyone. Not only is he is experienced and knowledgeable, he more importantly looked out for my best interest and went above and beyond my expectations.

Just to give an idea, several months after the accident, I moved out of country, and Jeff worked around the time difference (roughly 12 hours) which helped everything run a little smoother. He skyped to explain important processes/terminology or found ways so that documents could be passed electronically rather than paper.

If you have an accident, my suggestion is to not deal with the insurance company directly, but to hire help from a lawyer, and you can't go wrong with Jeff.

When you get in a car accident you can't believe how your life can change.

I have never had to even think about a lawyer for injury before and to be honest, I thought maybe it would be harder than what it was.
I saw an ad on YouTube for Nova Injury Law one afternoon, I picked up the phone and called. I spoke with Chelsea, she asked about me and my accident. She then told me I would get a callback.
