I have used Zack twice now for issues relating to Family Law. He's up front, friendly, and knowledgeable, but hits hard for you when you need it. He doesn't waste your time and money with pointless things, and while he is busy (as an amazing attorney understandably is), he does take the time to get back to you and communicate where you are at in a process.

He simply does not communicate... he does not return calls, emails, texts, messages of any sort... even over weeks. Hes young and it seems he has a lot to learn about the importance of communication... or he knows and doesnt care. Either way, he is not what he says he is on his asvertisement... aggressive and responsive.

Hired for family law issues. Attorney was horrible at communicating with us. Would state that we would have a response by X date and this did not happen. He promised to call us after talking to the other parties attorney and charged us for travel to and from the court room but refused to give us a phone call he stated he would do. This would not have been a problem if he had not stated he would call us. We expect that when we are told by a professional they are going to do something they will do it.
