Lock him up. Lock him up. I have 23 charges on my record I wasn't even present for and had attempted, several times, to report myself as best as I could under the circumstances. I wanted to go to school. I don't want to put my story online. I've tried to kill myself. He told me to plead guilty. He told me I wouldn't have a criminal record. If I had a 7 day continuance, I would have gotten a differed disposition. If I die, I want it to be known that this was a major turning point in my life. I make good choices. I don't steal from cars. I care about people. The world is what we make it. I don't believe anything can become better by destroying the world around me. Clearly, this lawyer who works for the state does.

Jeff is so proud of wrongfully convicting his clients he has "Crime Pays" on his license plate. Jeff is well known for requesting more time then what the judge asks for. Jeff is known to actively hide discovery evidence he is required to provide by law. Jeff is the perfect example of "Inadequate council." Filing a Bar Complaint against Jeff is the only way he will ever stop his blatant misconduct. Jeff has made a career from wrongfully convicting his clients. He should be in prison for these crimes.
Jeff works directly with the DA's office to convict men. He has been doing this for years. His friend carletta bassano refused to prosecute Jill ihle when she was DUI and hit & killed arther Smith. She refused to prosecute because Jill was Jeff's paralegal and a close friend. Both carletta bassano and Jeff toothaker need to be prosecuted for covering up a DUI manslauter. Not to mention a direct conflict of interest. Unworthy of a attorney, needs to be disbarred and in prison describes Jeff accurately.

Jeff represented my son when he was young and having problems with substance abuse and impulse control that some kids just have during that time of life. I took my son, who had no license at the time, to Jeff's office, and we explained the situation. The thing I liked immediately was that when the time came to discuss the fee, he wanted to be sure it was my son paying if possible, and not me, and it really made the kid feel more invested in the process, and respected. It also saved me having to argue with my son later to get him to reimburse me later, if I had just written a check, which I could have done.
