Ed Vopal did not disclose a prior relationship with the other sides attorney until one year into the case. if i could have afforded to fire him, i would have. I got a settlement (in a slam dunk case), but only after nearly three years of getting "spin" answers from my attorney and his staff. go anywhere else. Unless you are personal friends with them, dont expect a fair deal.

My wife and I used Habush in Green Bay specifically Ed Vopal, for 2 different automobile accidents we were involved in. Ed was the best. He's very understanding and we always thought he put our best interests at heart. I'd highly recommend him.

Ed Vopahl is a SNAKE. I was hit in 2004 by a rich kid who stopped in an intersection on glare ice and snow. I went unconscious head on into a pole. I suffered a herniated disc in my neck and had to be fused. Lost $1200/week take home pay. Then had my first lumbar fused to pelvic bone. ANOTHER 6 MONTHES OFF WORK. When I TOLD Ed to send a Demand for Settlement letter his words were "No, I'm not going to do that". So much for 12% interest till the case settles. When I asked "What are you going to do?"he couldn't even answer. A slam dunk 1/2 mil settlement turned into $175k. He gave my insurance 100% back rather than 25%. All I got was $80k I lost in wages. Broke even. Ed and the butch he works with are doctoring the books,tax evasion,fraud etc. Stay away from full page phone book guys. All crooked. On retainer from auto insurance companies. Lesson learned is NEVER LIFT A FINGER FOR GUYS IN WHITE SHIRTS. REAP IT BUDDY!!!

September 13, 2017 was among the worst days of my life. On that day, my brother and I were on our motorcycles in Terre Haute, IN only 7 hours into a 10 day tour when we were struck from behind by a reckless driver fleeing from the police. Of course he did not have a driver’s license or insurance.
