Basically did nothing for us. Told me not to mention certain things but all the information was in the affidavit he typed up. Had to remind him of details because he seemed too busy to really listen to our story. Waste of $8000 or more. Then after we lost the case he said call if we needed anything. I tried 2 days later. Dont hire him he charges 5 times more than anyone else! Shows up late to ur court half hour and when he gets there knows nothing bout ur case just starts reading papers. Let just say from the experiences I had with Pitsch, I will say that he is a good person in general, but if you are looking for a good lawyer then look somewhere else. As for my story, I am probably the first person to call his law firm to defend a owi case which could have be 60/40 chance of winning but due to his lack of experience and knowledge the case was never scientific prove that the officer was wrong to make the stop and most importantly he was not able to obtain the video recording from the police squad car. In the recording it would of had the evidence to overthrow this case but it just seem like Pitsch have too many case too make money and not enough time to focus to win a solid case! Halfway through the case he made the suggestion for me to take the plea and I personally told him why when all I had was just one beer and had a tough day at work. That day I didn't want to deal with the officer making a false owi accusation and harassing me. So I contest his field sobriety test due to state law not requiring this. When I was in the squad car I was never informed by the police officer that the blood test was mandatory and refusal will get you charged with the acquisition. If he was able to obtain the video maybe the case would of been thrown. Anyways fast forward to the court case which I can still remember it as yesterday. He, "Pitsch" arrived 10 mind later and just that was embrassment. It also made me and my case look incredible since my so call lawyer can't even show up for court. There should be a 5 - 15 minutes conference before my case to refresh our strategy but I am was basically a number with my payment paid already. After Pitsch arrived late the judge was willing to give us 5 minute conference to decision what route to persue. Pitsch only recommendation was to plea like always. So I basic have to defend myself in court with my shadow making insignificant statement until it was over. In conclusion if you want a real lawyers, look somewhere else. If you want to test the water with a sink or pray mentality than be his guest. GOOD LUCK!

Atty. Pitsch fought for me, came in after hours on his time off to review my case and explain it in a way I could easily understand. He's never been late and takes extra time to explain things and understand things from my perspective. He seems to really care about his clients. I was always well informed and he fought for me...that's all I really wanted, someone who would take the time to hear me and understand me and fight for me. He is the best DUI and Criminal Attorney in the whole state, as far as I'm concerned. From the first consultation to the end, he was honest, enthusiastic and a real straight shooter!

I hired Pitsch to represent my boyfriend in a drunk driving case. He is a very good salesman but when it comes down to it he is overpriced for doing nothing more than the public defender can do. He told me you get what you pay for, well we got nothing for the amount of money we paid him. Told me he would visit my boyfriend in jail before the first court appearance, didn't happen, he actually missed the 1st court appearance and at last court appearance made excuse to judge that he didn't have time to review case with client do to health issues and advice my boyfriend to fire him, and go back to public defender. More money spent, when I asked him for some refund he basically laughed and said he didn't promise anything. If you have $8500+ to throw away I guess you can hire him.

In my dealings with Eric, overall he was responsive and timely in his responses and action. Though we encountered some minor set-backs, he was apologetic and courteous and was willing to work together for a result that was satisfactory to both parties.

I don't understand why you would treat someone looking to hire you the way he treated me, all i was looking for was help and advice instead i got yelled at. I would not go there if I were you!
