The lady behind the desk was probably one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with!! Instead of nicely explaining to me about the situation (because there was miscommunication), she was so rude. She had this aweful tone to her voice. And had such a snobby look on her face. I've never dealt with such aweful customer service!!! That is no way to treat and talk to customers!! No customer deserves to be treated like that.

I went here with my boyfriend for him to do a drug test and they lady are very rude and racial profiling they are unprofessional I would never go here if I didnt have to

The staff member was very helpful, went way beyond the call of duty to save us another trip. Went back to old records and look up information for us. Been in there a number of times and always receive exception treatment. A great place to get your drug and d.o.t. medical card.

I've never been more uncumfortable, staff was unfriendly and unnecessary.

Had to take a UA and the receptionist was not at the front desk. She was on the phone. I needed to go bad so I just went to take a leak. Customer service needs an overhaul. Could of just threw me a cup topiss in for my drug test now I have to come another day.

Friendly and professional staff. They don't overbook so wait times are very short, even for walk-ins. I can only imagine the person who wrote the bad review failed the drug test and that is why he/she is grumpy...

Very helpful. Went there for drug test. Was in and out in less than 15 min. Forgot to thank the young Hmong lady for the pleasent experience.

Horrible service. Very impolite nurses and staff. Will set you up for failure. Demand a different testing facility if this one has been chosen for you. If it was possible they would get zero stars.
