Was hired for a traffic case, paid $500, expecting a level of professionalism that is expected with that cost. I've hired lawyers and paid more, and they have delivered. Don't expect that here, take your money some where it has more value, I should have just set that $500 on fire would have been better then the service I received. Aaron was amazing! I wasn't going to hire a lawyer for my divorce but then found out my ex husband did so I felt it was in my best interest to do the same... Attorney Schenk has been incredibly unprofessional. It took me reporting him to the board in order for him to say that he will email me the list of how he earned his money. I paid 3500 for nothing. He never went to court or signed any documents. It is in our contract that os how his money is earned in full is by going to court with me. He was arrogant and tried to make me feel inferior. I should have kept paying the attorney I had before him instead of paying his flat rate fee. I will never reccomend him to anyone.

They do too many cases at once to have attention for your case. They need to improve in comforting and making their clients feel Secure. Giving clients phone calls to update them . Communication Is really bad it makes you think they are not taken you seriously even if you tell them complaints or that you feel lack of effort they act like your not a paying customer. I had a free lawyer in the past and it’s sad that that lawyer treated way better than one that I paid for . Kathy is the only one who actually try’s to help you and is way nicer with questions I would give her a 4 stars .

Never called to give me progress on my case or even when something different was being done. He was going to keep all of my money $5000.00 until I posted a complaint about him with the OLR. I did receive most of my money back after that happened.

A very lazy lawyer in my opinion and not very professional. Charges way more then what he is worth. Had to push him to do half of what he did. When I released him as my lawyer, I sent him a letter requesting a copy of everything he had in my file for my new attorney and detailed bill of how my money was spent. He ignored my request. Do not recommend him at all.

I was facing serious felony charges that could have ruined my life.

At the end of the case, Attorney Schenk managed to get the felonies reduced to TRAFFIC CITATIONS!

Aaron was my lawyer for a multiple county case and he spent a lot of time including weekends trying to get my bad situation resolved for me and he did and even after the cases were all closed he spent time out of his very busy schedule to make sure property and such was being returned to me. Hands down the best place to go for a Lawyer that knows his stuff. You never have to worry about hidden fees, very open and up front about the entire process. Will never lie to you about your chances of winning or losing a case, tells you exactly what he can and can't do, and doesn't tell you a fairy tale about how easy your case is just so you'll give him your money.

I choose Atty Schenk because of the reviews I read and that was big mistake. He was more expensive then other attorneys I contacted but thought based on reviews he'd be worth the extra money. He wasn't. Once I paid my upfront fee to him it was very difficult to get ahold of him. It would usually take 2-3 phone calls or emails just to get a response back. I would never use him again or recommend him to anyone.

If they gave me the option of 10 stars I'd give him all of them. Schenk has great direction and vision. I was having a lot of trouble getting ahold of an attorney that will grant me their time. I went online for help and this firm was the first to pop up, I as much as ive heard this I can't say I've ever had a "well search no further feeling" until today, now I have no more calls to make . He listen asked questions then provided direction and perception to facts that I had overlooked or flat out hadn't noticed.
