Was not pleased at all. Scum if you ask me! He was out for the $5000.00 retainer and that was it from there. He needed the money right away before he left on his vacation he said. That should’ve been a clue for me. He explained nothing and wouldn’t return my calls. At the last second in court had highly encouraged me to take a plea when new evidence was just received 3 days prior that he failed to tell me about until the middle of the hearing. I definitely recommend him if your interested in being treated like garbage, want to sit in jail or lose all your money. Run the other way!!!!

I can say, without a doubt, from a financial point of view Mr. Froelich is the best thing that happened to me in my divorce. He represented my now ex-wife! We settled for EXACTLY what I offered her the day after she walked out. The only thing that changed was now we hate each other and our son has been through the ringer. It's been almost two years and there is still paperwork Froelich hasn't filed with the courts. Do yourself a huge favor and pay this guy to represent the other party. Did I mention I didn't even have an attorney, I beat this guy myself.
EDIT : It's been over 5 years and nothing has changed. Froelich STILL hasn't filled all the paperwork from our divorce. I do, at this point, believe that was completely intentional along with a ton of other things that were just done to make my life and my son's life more difficult out of spite.

I obtained Chris for my attorney for a Federal Case. He went above and beyond to make sure I always knew what was going on. He spent countless hours going over paperwork with me and he always made sure I understood what was going on. I was looking at 10 years minimum prison time and only received 15 months. Hands down a great attorney. I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I did, he’d be the first person I’d call.

I hired this attorney for a sensitive case. He agreed to do it for a set price. After the case was complete, I receive an invoice for thousands of dollars! His response? "It cost more to complete than I thought it would when I made that agreement". Excuse me, so you, as an attorney, tried to defraud me by reneging on a written agreement for payment because you felt you deserved more money!? I should have reported his behavior to the bar. Don't hire this guy.

Lazy. Part of the money grab that takes place for a DUI. Did nothing for $3500 except come late to court. Glosses over details. I could have gotten help from Vet Treatment Court, but too lazy to check on it for me. Look for a different lawyer!

Very unprofessional. Day of court he suggested pushing back the court date for “more time.” Then after being confused as to why but trusting him, agreed to it and then he said to find another lawyer because he will be busy with cases around the time of the next court case? $800 for nothing and wasted time.

Attorney Froelich is an amazing person with an extremely positive attitude. I was rather disappointed in the resolution to my case. Mr. Froelich explained to me that spanking is legal early in my case. Then when it came time to settle months down the line, touching someone’s arm could be considered battery. I took the plea offer to get out of a felony charge. I feel as though he truly didn’t fight for me even though I had a witness to prove different. Almost felt attacked by Mr. Froelich on the day of plea agreement.

During our meetings he would just re-read what happened the night of my OWI. Then asked ME to gather evidence and research a way to get it dismissed! Took my money and prolonged it all the way to the motion hearing where he said that there was no way to help and he didn’t want to ruin his reputation with the judge while he had the plea papers already printed out and in-hand like I didn’t have a choice! All he did was keep pushing back court hearing dates so my time served was in the middle of summer instead of winter. Should have saved my time and money and took care of it myself!

On a side note, if you have a case against another person, make sure “they” hire him. Guaranteed win for you!!

In my opinion he is not efficient or knowledgeable enough to go against another attorney. Constantly had to be reminded of details of the case and does not stand by his word. Definitely get everything in writing. This was a very unpleasant experience working with him. Glad to be done with him and would never recommend him to anyone.

I never hired this guy (and wouldn't) but the office attitude when I called was very unprofessional!!! No wonder this lawyer has three stars!

Stay away from Christopher Froelich. I retained Chris for a family court matter and he did absolutely nothing. When we met he was very personable and acted like he really cared about the case. When it was time to go to court he would either A. Not show up, B. Show up late, or C. send his legal assistant in his place. We would have meetings and discuss our plan and what he was going to do, and the other party would disagree (which is why you have an attorney to get through these types of disagreements) and he would not fight them or try to negotiate. Chris would flat out say "Ok that's what we'll do." He wouldn't even try to meet them in the middle!! The other party got everything they wanted. We even had a recommendation in OUR FAVOR and the other party STILL got everything they wanted. Chris will also (like another reviewer said) purposely try and exceed his retainer for doing nothing. I wish I would have listened to the other reviews because the same thing that happened to them has happened to me. Stay away from this attorney. If you retain Christopher Froelich for representation you will regret it. If the negative reviews on Google aren't enough, go to Avvo, they say worse than what is on here. The negative reviews are overwhelming and they all say the SAME THING, stay away from Froelich Law Offices.

My experience with Froelich Law was a very negative experience. When I first became a client of Tara Adolf's, I was very confident that she had my very best interest in mind. Five months into my seperation, I feel she became overwhelmed with my case. She encouraged me to just "settle" without a good agreement. I changed lawyers. In the end, my seperation lasted over 13 months ... But I got what I wanted!
