Marc Beyer is very knowledgeable about all areas of the divorce process. I had numerous questions which he answered in detail and with great patience to ensure I understood exactly what the process would be like. He has great compassion and helped keep me calm, informed, and assured throughout this very difficult and highly emotional process.

Flexible, professional, and informed. Exactly what I was looking for to support my situation. Also, when presented with a curve ball while Tim was out of the office his peer helped me out with no hesitation. 100% recommended. Thank you, Tim!

I had Marcus represent me for a divorce about 10 years ago. I recently went through a second divorce and had no hesitation going back to Marcus. My experience is that he is very knowledgeable in family law. And has a calm demeanor for stressful situations like a divorce. Recommend him.

Marcus is Great!

Since my divorce, Marcus is the third and last attorney I will ever retain. Marcus was able to cut through the emotional bs and mountain of supposed "issues" raised by my ex wife. And when all was said and done, my ex lost her motion and my rights to my wonderful kids were retained. Marcus'es integrity and interest in doing what's best for kids is evident. Clearly family comes first in his world and he's not out to lead you down an expensive court-paved path simply to line his pockets. Thanks Marcus!

My experience with Tim Simonson was exceptional. My reason for hiring Tim was because of a custody dispute. Tim was very kind and very patient with me. I had a lot of doubts and worries and anxieties throughout the entire case, which was very long. Tim is very knowledgeable, and very intelligent. He knows the law and he knows your rights and where you fall within your rights. Tim fought for my son and I and he won our case in full. I think that, when people are dealing with any type of dispute and are part of the legal system, it is hard to remember or understand the process, and the time it takes to get some kind of relief. Having an attorney like Tim who stays calm and listens to you is probably the number 1 thing a person needs to find when looking to hire an attorney. I truly believe Tim was a God send to my case. I had spoken to other attorneys before finding Tim and it seemed like they were just going to settle and not fight for what was right- as if it was not worth it. The amount of gratitude I have for Tim cannot be put in words. He is a really great attorney and a genuine person

I was lucky enough to have Tim Simonson represent me in my divorce. Tim made sure I understood every part of the confusing and frustrating environment that is the family court system. He calmed my fears, and bolstered my confidence. I felt fully prepared each step of the way. I can't possibly say enough about how much I appreciated having him by my side through this process.

I have had Tim on my case for several years and I am happy to recommend him to anyone in need of family law services. He is a great and caring attorney, who has been there for the mundane and the emergency matters. Thanks so much to Tim for all his hard work and assistance!!

I have the honor to work with Tim on a very one sided custody/child support case. Within 15 minutes of reviewing my documents, Tim recognized the simple solutions, and explained the difficult circumstances.
I have Tim Simonson on my case for the long term for all my Parental legal obstacles the courts impose improperly on families and Single Parents.
Calm professional solutions, some were resolved and others the "one sided" court system allowed to continue our battle.
You need attorneys, Hire Tim Simonson! Period.

Tim Simonson of Beyer and Simonson.
I Recently Finished Up a Long and Arduous Custody Battle That Had Been Going on For Years. I Had Worked with Two Other Attorneys During This Tenure, Had Been Paying Out a Lot, and Had Not Seen Much Results. It Seemed Like a Deliberate Attempt to Keep the Case Going as Long as Possible Without Disregard for the Well Being of Everyone Involved. After Cutting Ties with My Previous Attorney I Met Up with Tim and One Word Comes to Mind After Working with Him, “Gratitude.” His Calm Demeanor, Attention to Detail, and Confidence Were First Class. There Were A few Times That I Would Get Frustrated with How the Opposing Attorney Would Utilize Somewhat Debatable Tactics. Tim Was Always Able to Help Me Regain My Focus, Look at Every Situation from Various Viewpoints, and Offer Up Solutions That Were Creative, Beneficial For All, and in the Best Interest of the Children. Divorce is Tough, Custody Battles are Awful and Tim Was There to Offer Support and Guidance Whenever Needed. A True Professional and a Great Attorney.

My experience with Timothy Simonson was terrible. Stay away from him!

This guy is crooked and provided no real direction in handling my matter. He'll happily lead you anywhere but an efficient resolution. His rate may be low, but his invoices will be very high!

- Made frequent and deliberate mistakes to drive up my costs. Mistakes such as spelling my name wrong, important dates related to the matter, my address were constantly wrong on documents. Both Timothy AND his assistant would bill for correcting these mistakes even if I would correct the mistakes in the document myself.
- Copied his assistant on every email for the sake of billing both his time, and his assistant's time on emails.
- Multiple email transactions that occurred within a single 15 minute window were frequently billed multiple times at his minimum rate of 1/3 hours, effectively billing for the same 15 minute period of time several times. 3 emails within a single 15 minute window would equate to 1/3 hr + 1/3 hr + 1/3 hr for a total of 1 hour on his invoice. Double billing makes him a lot of money!
