I don’t know about other people’s experience with Menk but I can only talk about my experience with the guy called Ross in this company. He took a case from me and decided to discontinue, I asked him why he dropped it and he couldn’t give me a reason. Sucks. Glad someone else took it right away and did the job all the way to the end. My advice: avoid Ross. He would make appointments with you and he’s always running late.

Do not go to this law firm they sold me out to Amazon. I was injured on August 3rd 2018 when I was injured by a wall of boxes falling on me and Amazons doctors falsified the medical records so that they could deny my claim I told both Ross and Karl this they told me to not worry about it that they were not going to do anything about it when the second doctor falsified the medical records they said don't worry about it we're not going to do anything. I had to go to the doctors myself I have a recording of summit orthopedics stating that they know that Natasha the Harr falsified medical records but we're not going to change anything unless Amazon's attorneys wanted it changed. I also told them that doctor Mhbod at twin City spine falsified the medical records and I had to go to the CEO of twin cities spine to get it corrected when it came time to settle my case they made sure they got their money oh yeah plus the money they probably got from Amazon so they can move into their new law office. I told them both I was settling under duress they did not care they told me to settle anyways. I was a paralegal in Las Vegas for 6 years doing workers compensation cases I told them what was going on and I guess I probably insulted them because I knew what was going on in my case and they thought they could just shyster me. And now my broken C5 vertebrae in my neck is so ossified that I can never have surgery my torn labrum and my shoulder is so torn that nobody will do surgery and I suffer everyday from occipital neuralgia from the boxes falling on my neck when the whole wall collapsed on top of me yet they did not care. so yeah if you work at Amazon and you get injured do not go to this law firm if you get injured at any large company to not go to them because they are too scared to fight for their clients. And God help you if you do because you will not be helped.
